We hire these guys to checkup the furnace before winter season, and the tech told us everything is ok. After 10 days, we turned on to discover the ignitor did not start immediately. We called him back, and they came the very next day and ran it for sometime and got it working again without any additional charge. They are great people!

Called Ace Plumbing to fix a leak originating in upstairs bathroom. They were on time with call prior to visit, courteous, clean and efficient. Very pleasant experience and I will definitely use them again.

During the last visit, Brian reconfigured our plumbing to work with our new countertops and sink faucet. He was extremely nice and personable even though we called him late on a Friday night. He has done jobs both big and small at my house. From main lines to reroutes. If you need it done. And want it done right the first time. He should be your go to plumber also. Professional, clean, reliable and top notch work. He will get your water running again, heating again, filtering out the terrible hard water with a filtration system you name it. You need it. Everyone of them there is so enthusiastic and considerate, even when extremely busy! Myself and my tenant were blessed to have Service Tech Aaron out same day I called for my residents kitchen drain clogged & overfilling. I was not at the office that day to meet with Aaron and get an update, but he showed within the timeframe, did what he needed, took a photo for my reference per the situation, then called me after he was done to let me know what he did and the situation!! I have used Jerry Coomer plumbing numerous times over the past 10 years I have an older home which requires special skills, which Jerry possesses. I recently took out plumbing insurance in which you are billed on your water bill. Big mistake! They sent a plumbing company who spent 2 hours at my house and still could unclog my kitchen sink. They told me I would have to have my kictchen cabinets removed at my expense, in order for them to get to the part of plumbing where clog was. I called Jerry and he came right over and sucessfully unclogged the sink and replaced part of the pipe without having to remove any part of my cabinet I will never use anyone but Jerry Coomer. He definitely is an A-1 plumber.

Very friendly and quick to respond. Explained what the issue was, how he would fix it and how to prevent it from happening again. Was very knowledgeable and took time to really show me what the problem was. I will definitely call him again for any future repairs.

How are they getting almost five stars? So I had a clogged bathtub. Water stopped draining. Would’ve tried to fix it myself, but as a renter who’s moving soon I didn’t want to buy the equipment, and I’m short on time. I call them because of their rating, and they say they’ll be here at 11am. So I call at 11 to ask where they are, and they say, I have you down for 2-3pm. Then at 3 when there’s no sign of them I schedule another plumber. At about 5:30 they text me saying they’ll be here in 10 minutes. So I cancel the other plumber. They’re lucky I was home because I almost went to the exhibit at the Middle East Institute. I pay them almost $300 to do something I could’ve and should’ve done after watching YouTube, but they did unclog my tub so they get a star
