This is the 3rd time I have used Doctor Drips. They're consistently on time, courteous, and professional and perform quality work. Their communication is excellent, describing the problem, potential solutions, and cost in terms the customer can understand. I will definitely use their service again.

Overpriced!The plumber came when scheduled and he was pleasant to deal with. He replaced our washing machine drain and trap and added a Studor vent because it was not vented properly. We have a full basement so access was not a problem. It took 4.3 hours including some time to wait for delivery of supplies by an associate. The total charge was $1096. The service charge was $49 and I estimate materials (Studor vent, pipe, and fittings) cost to be $70 retail. That comes to $227 per hour for labor! The operations manager reduced the price by $300 (i.e., the original charge was $1396, which would come to $297 per hour for labor) after we complained about the high price, so I guess it could have been worse. I feel confident they fixed the problem, but I will look for a more affordable plumber next time.

Chris (and his trainee Brett) were so professional, efficient, and empathetic. We had a leak coming from an unexpected place and they were respectful of our space and also skilled at diagnosing what was happening. Would certainly recommend.

Steven was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to up-sell me on unnecessary which I appreciated. He was in and out and didn’t leave a mess.

He showed up exactly when he said he would, and his quote was $140 cheaper than the plumber before him for the same under the si k repairs.

WE HAD A DRIPPING SINK, TUB THAT WAS NOT DRAINING WELL, AND TOILET THAT HAD A BAD FLAPPER- HE CAME THE NEXT DAY AFTER WE CALLED AND FIXED IT ALL WITHIN AN HOUR. HE HAD VERY REASONABLE PRICES AND GUIDED US TO MAKE THE MOST ECONOMIC DECISION WITH WHAT TO DO ABOUT OUR TOILET LEAK. HE WAS ON TIME AND SUPER NICE. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN!

This guy is awesome! Always does excellent work. Had him take out one of those old concrete laundry tubs and put in a new plastic one a couple years ago. Had him out today to run my sewer line. Didn't rush and took his time and went above and beyond! I need some more stuff done and I will call him again with complete confidence. Do yourself a favor and call this professional!

0 stars - thieves - this company employs workers who steal jewelry from old ladies. They stole over 5K worth of jewelry from my grandmother while she was getting them water. Do not hire this company.

We recently called Ron the Plumber for a plumbing problem. It was one of the most satisfying services we have had on our house. He was efficient, honest, and very transparent with what we needed. We will use Ron again and will refer him to our friends and neighbors.
