I had to wait a while for these guys to come out as they are so busy, but it was DEFINITELY worth the wait. I had other plumbers come out from one of the bigger companies and they quoted me crazy stuff that I needed to do (over $10,000!) in addition to fixing my bathroom sink leak. Hornbuckle's guys diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes, got right to it and fixed me up in no time. They said everything else was just fine and that they wouldn't recommend ANY other work. They cleaned up very nicely as well. They were really sharp guys; considerate and obviously with high integrity. I'm a Hornbuckle lifer and you should be too!

These guys are the REAL DEAL! They came out and searched Diligently for a leak underneath a parking lot. He marked the ground, drilled some holes, and we went behind them a week later to dig it up..... 6FT UNDER THE PARKING LOT!!!! RIGHT where he said it was. On Memorial Day, my sewer line backed up and starting overflow my guest bathroom toilet and tub. It was a nightmare. Within 2 hours of calling Mr. Rooter, they were onsite and assessing the issue. They fixed the clogged sewer line very quickly and at a competitive price. They turned a really smelly situation into something that was handled fast and quickly. It was amazing! I would recommend them to anyone who has these issues plus others. I am grateful for their help and the smarts of the resource that was onsite.

We needed a quick installation of a new kitchen faucet after our existing faucet started leaking. I called several other companies but couldn't get anyone to come for 2-3 days. I happened to pass one of Southern Plumbing's trucks in my neighborhood and gave them a call. Jeff answered and was so nice and helpful! He was able to send someone out to me between 11-1 that same day. Michael showed up promptly at 11 and was incredibly professional. He wore booties to protect his shoes, was prepared with all the right equipment and gave me a fair and accurate estimate for the work. Though our sink gave him a little trouble, he had replaced the faucet, cleaned up the sink and disposed of all the trash within 45 minutes. He was so friendly, personable and professional.
