We have had them come out 2 times to look at our gas units because they were emitting Carbon Monoxide. They were unable to find the problem after 2 visits. After attempting to schedule a 3rd visit, they stated that we would be the first customer for the day. When we didn't hear from them, they told us that they made a mistake and didn't schedule us like they had stated. We waited over 6 hours without a call. When I called them back around hour 5 they stated that we were next in line, but that no technicians had finished their first job of the day. We called back and cancelled our 3rd appointment to go with another vendor because of the safety hazard. We have had to shut down our business operations for 3 days which is affecting our ability to function as a business.

Used these guys numerous times over the years and can’t say enough. Extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, they always do things “the right way” which can be hard to find these days.

Justin did an exceptional job coming in and diagnosing the problem. Justin went out to the van and grabbed what he needed. Justin was able to help us out and fix our problem with out any mess or clean up on our part. I would definitely call for him again if I ever have another problem. This has been my best experience with a plumbing company and I will use them the next time I have to have a plumber.

Denton did an excellent job, finding my leaks and repairing. And, also installing a new toilet. I highly recommend Arvins.

We have used Wayne Owens plumbing twice and was extremely please. The service was good and efficient. We had the son of Mr. Owens. However ...after dealing with the secretary/ wife of Mr. Owens ,we will be looking elsewhere. We were asking a question about a possible problem after a service call and asking to see if this could have happened because of the proximity to our heater. I was more than willing to have another service call and pay for it , if needed. But i also didnt want to waste their time ,if it just was just pooled water that i didn't notice from the night before. She went off on a rant. She was rude, dismissive, and would not even listen to us explain our problem. I could not believe how unprofessional she was. When talking to my husband she hung up. They have the wrong person working the phone. Time for her to hang it up.

He did not show up for appointment. Also, he did not return my voicemail from earlier in the week, and his voice mailbox is now full.

Not sure what happened, but I changed my work schedule to be at home for his appointment. Not cool. I like supporting small business, but I need someone reliable.

If you are tired of dealing with the big names in town and want real plumbing done in your house, call Willard. He shows up on time and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Willard also has significant experience working on old Nashville houses, which is a plus during a remodel.

Ron Trevor represented the company well. He was very reliable and explained everything.

I called on a Sunday morning after our AC went out over night. I never expected that they would come that same day but they did! Justin called within minutes of my call to the answering service and said he would be there within a few hours. He showed up within 1 hour, and fixed our unit quickly! I have used Jewell for at my business for several years, and now will use them for all of my home needs as well. Thank you Justin for being so responsive and efficient!

DO NOT USE. The worst customer service, no follow up communication, and their quality of work is sub-par. They are even listed as closed when you Google search L&R Plumbing. 0 stars is what they deserve.
