Bri and Ken were very friendly, courteous and helpful in scheduling and handling our repair. They squeezed us in the schedule to get the job done quicker. Ken was professional, proficient and even checked with the manufacturer to see if the Water Heater was still under warranty. It was! In a time when families are having to be judicious when and how they have an outlay of money, it was refreshing to find a company that was willing to go the extra mile to help us save money. Red Plains Plumbing was our answer for an issue that was ongoing in our home for over a year. We have a tankless water heater and it was going in and out of hot water. After multiple plumbers and companies, these guys found out the issue and fixed the problem. On top of that, they were so professional, courteous, listened to our frustrations, and helped get us the best price possible on new equipment that was needed. Darien was so knowledgeable about our issues that others weren’t able to explain. They were able to get what we needed in a hurry and he made us a priority, which was an amazing feeling for a family of 6. They even stuck around longer than usual after the job was completed to make sure we had all our questions answered and everything was working properly. Such the best customer service! I would highly, highly recommend Red Plains for all your plumbing needs, 1000%!

Inspected our gas line so we could get gas service turned on at our newot (to us) house. Because we could not get gas service turned on without his approval this guy milked us. Replaced about 4 gas valves at $60 a pop just because they were a bit older and could possibly leak. Mind you that these are $10 at Lowes and I could have done that myself. had I known this was an issue. Takes 5 minutes and a pipewrench to change one out. Anyways, also performed one other unnecessary service regarding an old gas heater in the bathroom. We could not deny the request as he would not approve the house so the city inspector could come by. Basically stay away unless you like being milked for every penny.

They told me that they were coming out, had me waiting all day. I had other things to do,no one came. I called the next day and was told that they were not taking on any jobs until after Christmas. The one time they did come out the guy was driving a very old and tore down truck. Be carful with this company, not very professional!!
