We are from out of town and locked our keys in our truck. Although we didn’t have them do any work for us, we’d hire them in a heart beat. Although not their problem, these guys saw us in a parking lot and jumped in to help. They spent a large amount of their time bailing us out of our situation. These are the type of people I would trust to hire. They are good people who care in a world where most don’t.

Vuong was honest and quick to replace a water heater tank.

We had Best Bay Plumbing do quite a bit of work:
* install a floor sink in our garage
* re-route water softener discharge & overflow lines to floor sink
* re-route heat pump water heater condensate & drain pain & pressure relief valve to floor sink
* re-route central HVAC air handler condensate drain line to floor sink
* install water heater on water heater stand above floor sink
* remove old drain lines and repair the kitchen sink drain line the above used to tie in to
* whole house drain pipe snaking to ensure no blockages
* camera inpsection before and after all work was done to ensure everything is in order

Russell was professional, timely, and coordinated the concrete work with my wife and I so we experienced minimal down time.

I will definitely be working with Russell again when we get to the point of re-modeling our bathrooms and kitchen.

Contacted these guys and they were beyond helpful, even though Im too far out for them they took the time to advise me with honesty and save me wasting my money. There are not many genuine and honest places out there, I run a business myself and I know how hard it is and these guys I know are 100% good.

Julio Valencia is very professional. He did a great job and fixed the main water line and faucet very efficiently. He also explained to me what the problem was and his solution. He has all the professional tools with him in his service vehicle. I am very pleased with his work and I will hire him again for future plumbing work at my house. My AC was down on a hot Sunday. I left a text message on their website on Sunday evening and ask for an appointment ASAP. I didn't expect any response on the same day, but I got a phone call in half an hour and they gave me a Monday morning appointment. They came on time; fixed it efficiently and charged reasonably. Overall, good customer service, quick response, quality service and reasonable charge.

We had a problem with our toilets not draining well. Donny came out and determined that our backwater valve was not opening completely. He ensured that our sewer line was clean and in a state of good repair. Our backwater sewer valve was installed very efficiently in less than a day.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. The owner caused damage to my things and went ahead and said that it was an accident didn't matter.

Garbage disposal issue. I called and the next day Diego showed up on time and replaced it and had it up and running. With no problems. He was professional and nice. Considerate of my home. I would recommend.

My homeowners insurance assigned them to me. They didn't return my calls. The insurance company had to call them and was finally able to set up an appointment and then they didn't show up. I had to take the day off to wait around for them and now I have to figure out how to take another day off when the new plumber comes. Hope you have better luck with this worthless business.
