Great plumbing company that came out on time and repaired a leak next to the bathroom toilet toilet which they tunneled 4' 4 and did not damage to my concrete foundation. They also gave me a 5year warranty

I have used Max Mechanical twice. Once for a service on my a/c unit and, most recently, to repair a furnace that wasn't working. On both occasions the technicians were completely honest about the simplicity of the fix required and did not try to mislead and charge me for work/parts I didn't need. I'm impressed with their honesty above all. The service was also very quick and well done.Ty did the work for me today and was fantastic.

David and his team were AWESOME! They came out the same day and installed a new water heater for me. Outstanding customer service. Would highly recommend!

My names Austin Powers iv been living in Arlington Tx for 30 years & these guys are the best plumbers on this side of the Mississippi River.

This company is not professional at all. To start they are unable to give you a time frame of arrival until the day of service. I called on Monday to get a time frame for Friday and they said they could not do that until closer to time. The day of service we had to call them for estimated time of arrival. When they arrive to home they barely speak. They look at the toilet talk amongst each other saying they've seen what they need to see. It's broken. As they are walking out with their backs to me they say it's an insurance thing. I ask what do I need to do or how long it will be and they say it's an insurance thing. And they walk off. So unprofessional. I was unable to not give a star at all so they received one star.

I needed to get a back flow preventer test for my CO and I was able to get a same day appointment. The plumber that came out was very professional but also a people person. He explained to me what he was doing as he laughed and joked. He was proficient and knowledgeable of his assignment.

I have used One Way Plumbing at commercial and residential properties for several years. Booker resolved a long standing sewer odor situation at a commercial property that other plumbers would not even attempt. He always goes above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

Cory was amazing!!! He was here when I pulled into the driveway from work. He walked in very professional and got to work. He had to go get a part from the local hardware store, but got my approval first, because the water was turned off. He quickly came back and fixed the problem with the bathroom fassett leak. Michael was able to save us money by retrieving a broken screw from our garbage disposal vs. recommended a new one. He also saved us money on repairing a sink stopper where he didn't have to disassemble the entire sink. He was also able to clean out a clogged drain that I thought had to be cleared by removing the pipes under the sink. The bottom stopper was over tightened and he showed me how to clear on my own the next time it stopped up. Would highly recommend Master Repair Plumbing!!

There is never a great time to need drain cleanout services. However, Metro Rooter was able to have someone at my doorstep within 15 minutes of my call on a Sunday afternoon! When many others had no availability, Terry made quick work of the clog and had us functional again. Great service and reasonable prices.

Tried calling a few other plumbers before I found these guys. I picked Bernard's because they had great customer service and were able to come after hours. They had to repair a busted pipe in front of my house and showed me before and after pictures. Highly recommend!!

We had to find a plumber, and I called this company in hopes they could that same day. A very nice, and polite young man answered the phone, and said he would call when they were on the way! We did not to wait long at all and Otis showed up to fix our problem. I highly recommend 'All complete plumbing to anone that needs a plumber, and wants the job done right!! AWESOME!!! 👏👌👍

Interviewed with this company and was told one thing and never happened

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

Nick has provided plumbing service to us several times. This time he replaced our water heater.
Nick is very professional, respectful, courteous, and provides excellent service.
