A gentleman named Jacob showed up to fix my furnace. He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I would ask questions at times and he would explain what he was doing. I appreciated his work and professionalism. I would highly recommend him to everyone. In the future for other services or maintences I will them again given they send Jacob. Thank you again for your hard work!

Arrived on time. Noticed flooring needed repaired and was prepared to not only replace flooring but also install toilet quickly and efficiently. For this reason always call North Side for every plumbing need.

Everything about our new HVAC experience with Coe was perfect. On the sales end last year, they were the only vendor who actually sat down in my kitchen and explained the various options (including more expensive option they said we really didn’t need). After one year, we had our first service and that was excellent as well. Lot’s of HVAC options in the Fort, but I highly recommend Coe.

Cannot recommend Northeast Mechanical enough! We have been using them for the last 3-4 yrs. They call and schedule bi-yearly servicing for our systems but also they handled our new heating install Nov 2021. We had some recent issues with the system (not due to Northeast) but they were so helpful and understanding in frustrating times. Treat their customs like family and just all around pleased! Josh and all of his team were so professional and amazing!

I contacted Gene's to come look at a drainage issue. After a guy came to my house and working with my insurance company, I asked them to give me a quote on installing a water line to replace my well due the plumbing issue(step 1 of the problem). Moving forward and after agreed verbal work including Fred telling me Monday you will have fresh water, Monday came and hour later said the company didn't have the permits and couldn't complete the job. One would think the company would know what they could do or what not. So after refusing to pay for services rendered but not accurate quoted, the owner Michael actually texted me several threats to : have by water turned off, send a crew to remove his equipment if I didn't pay right away, all illegal. Funny thing is no one that actually works for Gene's was ever on the project, just a sub Gene's apparently hired out. Stay away because the bottom line is the owner Michael will try to bully you or threaten you if you question them. I asked questions prior and was told they would look into it, never did. Customer must not be right because they never tried to settle this, only threatened me and assumed their sub was correct and now he is taking me to court for refusal to pay. Keep in mind, no one from Gene's ever was at my property and while all this was happening, apparently Michael was out of town. I had to hire another company to finish what they said they could do but couldn't. Oh and if Gene's responds: why would I or anyone hire Gene's to do a partial job, and then hire another company to finish the job when there are other companies that could have done the entire job was my question to Michael, why would I hire Gene's to do a partial job only to have to hire someone else to finish? Look at how they left my yard, beware!!!

Sheets is my go to for all HVAC & Plumbing! They are always on time, do a great job, and the price is right. They have installed and serviced AC & Furnace Units for me. I have also used them to install water spigots and trouble shoot leaky pipes in a rental property. I will not call anyone else when I need help. Very trustworthy.

Mark is very thorough and explains everything. Excellent work and he is great with my dog Bo too.

Had local Roto Rooter out for an ongoing issue, did a great job seeking out our pipes and spent diligent time checking every pipe for the clog! Made suggestions for further services for the longevity of our plumbing system.

The guys who repaired the broken pipe I had did an amazing job! They worked me into their busy schedule to get it done as quickly as possible and communicated very well throughout the entire process. Both were professional and informative. Use Drain Doctor!

Guy shows up. Was supposed to call 20 min ahead of time and didn't. Then asked where outside clean out was..when I told him that we didn't have one. He blurted out in angry tone well you should told them that when called you just wasted my time hurrying over here for nothing. I told him that when I called I informed phone person that Gene's had came out and said would have to go through roof air vent. She told me he would access it when he came. He said they don't do that and left.No worries I will get it figured out. But I am single father with two autistic boys so it's not easy and nothing ever is..but thought could have been a little nicer and not have the KEN attitude.

I love Korte! We have the Piece of Mind Agreement and it is worth every penny.We had a clogged kitchen sink on the weekend and when we called they were here within an hour. A hour to fix my problem. Got a discount because of the piece of mind, got it taken care of on a weekend and was able to go about my normal routine.The people at Korte are always friendly and explain what they are doing.I highly recommend Korte for heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and more.Update: since my original review Korte has installed lighting fixtures, replaced a hot water heater, installed a new sump pump and got a whole house generator. We love Korte, fair prices and the service is always friendly, courteous and very respectful of our home.

James was very informative on what had to done to fix our plumbing and kitchen faucet. He was very polite and explained every thing he did. told us how to take care of the new faucet that he replaced, to contact Korte if something isn't working properly, and how to get online if we need to replace anything after the year warranty of Korte. Explained does and don't of the old plumbing in our house also. Thank you James

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
Find somewhere more trustworthy.
