I received a text and a call 30 minutes before service man arrived as a heads up that he was in his way. He was friendly and did a great job. Our A/C was working within 30 to 40 minutes and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend their services and will personally use the in them in the future if I need them😊

Was dealing with backed up storm drain in my basement for better part of a week. Called Em first thing in morning after failing to fix it myself and they fit me in within the hour. They had drain cleared and flowing better than ever within 30mins for very reasonable price compared to the rooter companies. Thanks again Gene's Sewer Service!

From the beginning, we were so pleased with the level of professionalism, as well as the thorough assessment when they were bidding the job. We were given a very fair bid, and our nice new system was installed yesterday. They worked a long hard day to get the project done, and then took the time to explain our new system and asked if we had any questions. They even pointed out that our water heater was backdrafting, which I possibly would have never discovered. I highly recommend Sheets; in fact, I will probably utilize their other services, as well. Randy at Roto Rooter was amazing. I had more than 10 different people (plumbers, mitigation experts, etc.) come to my house to fix the sewer smell. Every one of them left saying they had no idea what the cause was. Except Randy from Roto Rooter. I hired them to camera my neighbor's sewer line (which passes under my house). When that appeared fine, Randy asked to crawl into my crawl space. Based on the location of the smell, he started digging and found, one foot under ground, an abandoned sewer pipe. This sewer pipe had been ruining my house for 5 months. Randy was the only one who found it. Impressive work.

I have been doing business with Great Scot for many years. While I have had a lot of problems with different types of trades, Scot has always been good to me and my family. He is extremely responsive when he is able at all. If he’s not able to be responsive he makes helpful suggestions on other ways to solve the problem you may have. I can 100% say that you can’t go wrong with Great Scot plumbing.

Had an new complete Furnace & AC unit replaced on 4/4/22. Techs were on time and provided a courtesy call when they were on their way. The 3 techs Steve, Corey & Al worked like a well oiled team to get the job done in an amazingly short time. Very friendly and shared answers to my questions. Always respectful and wore those booties when they had to come inside. Short primer on the new WIFI stat was helpful. All was done and working shortly after lunchtime. Good job!

I dont know how someone could give this company a bad rating. I have used them for almost 17 years. They are prompt and courteous. They come out on Sundays, in the evening and don't even charge extra.
