Called at 9am on Friday morning to get someone out to my house for an estimate, was surprised when she told me she could have someone there by 11am. Mike showed up on time and gave me a very affordable estimate and when I asked when could he do the job he said right now! Mike was a very friendly and knowledgeable technician who remained cheerful even when we had a slight snag in the repairs. He did a great job and I would/will reccommend Roto Rooter to anyone who needs a plumber!

Man with dreads down to his shoulders cat called us, flicked us off, then yelled expletives. They took down our last review! You cannot allow harassment towards women in todays age!

We were hit with an insanely high water bill. Superior was recommended to us and they came out that day to find the problem. Unfortunately the problem couldn’t be fixed right then and there-not their fault. We were thinking we would be without water until the new year as it was a couple days from Christmas. They got us on the schedule for the following Monday after Christmas. They were always on time, if not early. Very professional and worked efficiently.

Very prompt, arrived on time, and took care of my issue. However, the tech himself was not very clean. He removed the clog in my drain, but left disgusting black water and goop all over my wall and floor. He also said I may want to replace my piping, but offered no solution for it. It may have just been the plumber, but from this experience, I wouldn't recommend this company.

I was in a pinch not knowing who or where to turn for sewage backing up my toilet and I had seen the reviews for drain masters and decided to call. Not only did they respond almost immediately, they walked me through everything and had my problem fixed in no time. If you are in need of a plumbing company to trust do try drain masters.

Booked an appointment between 10am and 12 , at 11:53 I called them Since I had not heard from them this morningI never got a courtesy call or anything that they were coming or running late or anything and told me that he would be there at 1pm an hour later. It would’ve been nice if he called Earlier and said he was running late I could’ve taken care of other things instead of waiting around like a dingbat. I have always had plumbing companies touch base with me in the morning to confirm the appointment let me know if there were any issues they would contact me not these people. Their loss 👎🏼

The company did an install for a new HVAC system for my home. They were very professional, very perceptive and found a hidden area behind my walls that they could use for a new duct where others were going to use up my closet space. They were very fast and got everything running great within a day!

I have used this fine firm on three separate occasions. The staff is quick to respond and solves problems rapidly and inexpensively. The most distinctive feature is that staff keeps the user fully informed of the schedule for completing what must be done. They are cheerful in their work. The owner of this company, Mr Curtis Key got upset with me one day because I wasn’t driving fast enough and he didn’t have the time to get around me. He was forced to slow down and get behind me which he didn’t like. You see we both happened to be headed to Chick-Fil-A that morning for breakfast and he was upset that I, in no hurry because I had the time that morning, made it to the drive through line before him. I should mention I work for a local contractor and drive a company vehicle that is lettered with our logo and my truck has a distinct number on it so I am always aware that anyone at anytime can call and complain so I drive like an old man minding the rules of the road and being as courteous as possible to other drivers. So while I’m waiting to get up to where you order, 10 -15 minutes goes by and I’m about half way to where you order at and my boss calls me saying that the owner of Curtis key just called to complain that I had cut him off to get into the chick-fil-a parking lot. Lucky for me, my boss knows of this man and how he is and knew how full of it he was. But if that wasn’t enough, he actually ends up getting in front of me, because of how the drive through is set up after we had both ordered and then he gets out of his white GMC Seirra pickup truck license plate number UNU-8747 hides behind it while yelling at me that I’m impatient and that he’d called my office on me me blah blah blah and he still ended up getting his rather large order before me. So I just thought the general public ought to be aware of who they’re dealing with if they choose to hire this company. Who knows maybe you will have a better experience than I did, but I highly doubt it. Thanks for taking the time to read about my unsolicited experience with the man who owns and runs this company.
