Kelvin & his company were excellent! He showed up on time, and then identified/diagnosed the problem immediately. He got an immediate approval from our home warranty service. Went and purchased the part needed and returned the same day and made the repair. No issues with the shower since his repair. Will definitely keep him in our contacts for future repairs.

After my water heater stopped working one morning, I called Premier Plumbing because I remembered using them in the past. The technicians showed up looked at the hot water heater for a few minutes and said I needed a new one. I said ok and prepared for the worst. The technician went out to his truck to draw up a quote. My best guess estimate, after looking at pricing was around $1,100 or so. The technician returned with a quote of $2,250. I respectfully declined and ended up paying $180 for them to simply look at it and give a quote. I proceeded to Lowe’s and found a suitable hot water heater with similar specifications and talked to the Lowe’s installation team and received a unit/installation quote for $1,278 before discount. After discount $1,237. $1,237 compared to $2,250 for essentially the same thing is easy for even a dummy like me to decide. Don’t even call them. Check with Lowe’s or Home Depot first and you will save yourself $180.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

My second floor tube was leaking into my neighbors garage. Justin was very professional, friendly, communicated well. Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

BUYER BEWARE… extremely over priced products and services. Trying to rip people off who don’t know better. I’d assume most of their positive reviews were purchased and fake. Do not recommend overpaying for services with Michael & Son. Amazing!!! After dealing with a plumbing service that overcharged us for a part and then quoted 2 hours for the follow up service with astronomical prices, Discount Plumbing Co. really came through for us. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, fast and professional. I highly recommend this company. 5 Stars all around!!!

My son was on deployment when he discovered his home had a broken pipe after viewing his extremely high water bill. Unable to address the emergency himself, and is closest contact lived out of state. Wynne Star Plumbing was contacted and immediately dispatched a plumber to the home to shut off the water main. The workmanship and communication exceeded my expectations. They were so professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.
