Jim and his entire team at Plumbing Connection has been absolutely incredible to our plumbing emergency and family! We had no sewer and our lines were collapsed and they were extremely responsive, had fantastic attitudes for such a big job! They went above and beyond, Glenn is one of their fantastic employees that has been out each visit and helped more than any other service provider we’ve had.

Service Pro Plumbing installed a new tankless water heater at our house. They provided excellent service. We will definitely use them again.

Chris and Nicholas came to our home to adjust our Flushmate pressure-assisted toilets. Aside from doing the job and correcting our problem, Chris and Nickolas are so very nice. Chris could have told us that we needed to replace the Flushmates with new toilets, but he did not. He is an honest plumber. The cost of his service was very reasonable. My husband and I are very pleased with Fatman Plumbing. Do not hesitate to contact Fatman with any plumbing needs. We know he is the one we will call again if we have any plumbing needs! I called Payless to get a quote for replacing my sump pump that began failing while I was at work. The employee I spoke with said they would get someone in contact with my wife and over to the house to get a quote generated. They spoke with my wife and set up the appointment to look at the pump. After looking at the pump and not performing any other services, they demanded my wife pay $70 for them coming out to generate a quote! At no time during my phone call or hers did anyone from Payless say they were going to charge $70 just to generate a quote!
I've used dozens of contactors over the years and never had one charge a fee just to generate a quote for the actual work. Oh and their consolation was that if we used then for the service they would deduct the $70 from the cost of the repair (like you're dealing with a car dealership).
Consumer beware, this is a very shady business with hidden fees that no other contractor charges!
