Called on point plumbing when my water heater went out based on a referral from a friend. Glad I did! Mike came out same day and was able to get me fixed up. A1 Plumbing did a great job and was very professional. I signed up online for a quote for a sewer line replacement and they came out about a week later, they were real busy, and gave me the best quote that I had out of 6 quotes. They performed pipe bursting on my 55 year old sewer line, that was completely buried under a driveway, sidewalk and street, and replaced it from under my house all the way to the main sewer line in the street for under $7,000. Much lower than a lot of other quotes that were only going to replace a portion of the pipe leaving me with a partially repaired line. Jay told me it was going to take a month before they could get to my house because of the backlog due to bad weather and they were there one month later and knocked it out in a couple of days with no unforeseen problems or costs. Recommend them highly for a sewer line replacement and I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

I called a few plumbers who never responded to have a Moen Water Shut Off valve and a PRV valve replaced & installed. Rooter man charged my father several thousand dollars to replace a pump in the sewer. It broke within 90 days and they refuse to fix it. The owner accused my father of digging it up and shoving a stick in it to break it. My father is a retired veteran and is on a limited income. These people are awful.
