The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. I cannot tell you how AMAZING Matt and Mike were. When my water heater went out they came a replaced it and were phenomenal then. A washer broke about a month after and they came back out. Based on their reactions, you can tell that they love their job and take it very seriously. They fixed it as fast as they could and even answered a question for me about a bath in my house and they came in, checked it out, and fixed it within 2 minutes. I am forever grateful to have Matt and Mike as my plumbers! I will never call anyone else solely due to these two. If you have had them, you know exactly what I mean!! I needed to have my outdoor faucet replaced and a toilet repaired. Jay at A-1 Plumbing arrived on time and provided great service. I couldn't believe how quickly he was able to accomplish the service I needed. I would highly recommend A-1 Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

An honest group of guys that takes a lot of pride in what they do. The crew was on site for over 2 months performing an industrial installation of a hot and cold water system that required silver soldering 95% of the connections. It was a large and complicated project that they were building to prints, but as those in industry know things are not always black and white between 2D prints and the actual building during an installation. I was impressed from the project’s start to finish with the company’s handling of every detail and decisions made along the way. Most of all, communication was very fast and clear, we never felt left hanging or out of the loop.

They’re not very big on advertising, but definitely one of the best plumbing contractors in town.

Left my air conditioning unit half installed and refused to come back and finish the job, even though he had charged my Home Warranty company thousands of dollars to do the job. It was a simple install of a brand new condenser unit. Completely incompetent and unprofessional. Stay away from this company.

Highly recommend. Absolutely great company with personable and professional employees. Put in a call on a Saturday and they were at my house in North Tahoe within an hour. The plumber, Ryan, had everything ship-shape in less time than I expected and the price was fair.

Adan and his helper Miguel did an excellent job installing a new 50 gallon water heater the very next morning on a Sunday after I had just called the day before, Saturday 9/9/2023. He kept to his quote of $2100 after seeing 2 photos of the old water heater.
Both men were friendly and informative while doing their complex work and triple checking everything. They accepted my personal check and would have taken cash or debit card. Using a credit card would have cost me 3% more. Awesome work!

Rooter man charged my father several thousand dollars to replace a pump in the sewer. It broke within 90 days and they refuse to fix it. The owner accused my father of digging it up and shoving a stick in it to break it. My father is a retired veteran and is on a limited income. These people are awful.
