The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. My granddaughter pulled the shower trap cover out while playing in the shower and her yellow ducky went down the drain lol So I called Van Allen Plumbing who are only several blocks from us. They were able to send help within an hour of my call. Josh was able to get the ducky out and save us from having a blockage problem!!! I recommend this business they were professional and timely with response to our plumbing problem.

We used Freedom Plumbing to replace a hot water heater. They came out the day after we called and did a great job at a reasonable price. Also used them a few weeks later when our garbage disposal went out. Very satisfied with their service, prices and response time.

I'm out in Carson City and they were more than willing to come out whenever necessary. After some hold ups (NOT Roto-Rooter's fault) they came out, dug up my pipe, fixed it, and re-buried it in less than a day. They come out when they say they well and the definitely put the time in necessary to make you happy. Extra props to Jesse, the technician, who put customer service first and took great care of us. Will definitely be calling back for any problems!

I had clogged my garbage disposal by putting flower stems in it. When it clogged up today, I found Jolly Rooter with its great reviews. Rich Jolly responded by email in 2 minutes, giving me his phone number, a price quote range, and his availability this very afternoon! Within 10 minutes I had called him and he was out to my house within the hour as he promised. He unclogged my disposal but also explained to me step by step the work he was doing. The work involved more as I also had poorly connected pipes and leakage. He had the necessary parts with him and was able to complete the whole job to perfection in a timely manner. He gave me a complimentary service of cleaning my drains with a super-cleaner. I am very satisfied with his professionalism and I have already recommended Rich of Jolly Rooter to two of my friends. I had used Don Weston Plumbing for a number of years, and always had to put up with the benign neglect of usually taking 5-6 calls and as many weeks to hear back from him or have him show up, since that seems to be the way it works in Truckee. Recently, Don led me on for more than 3 months for a job he said he would do, including having me pick up and pay for parts for an aspect of the job. I finally simply asked him to let me know if he was going to actually do the job, after 3+ months of excuses, weeks of rescheduling walk throughs, and more broken promises. He didn’t even have the courtesy or respect to respond, so I got another plumber to do the job. The plumbing supply house would not take back all the parts Don had me buy for the job he bailed on (some cut pipe), and Don refused to refund me for those parts. This lack of professionalism to follow through on completing a job, and not have the simply courtesy to give me a yay or nay on it, but also the ethical shortcomings for not paying for the unreturnable parts - tells you all you need to know about him. Even in a heated conversation with him about him bailing on the job, he would take no responsibility for his behavior. Tradespeople and contractors are in demand in Truckee, which breeds arrogance in some thinking they can do whatever they want and treat people with disrespect. It doesn’t take a lot to be honest and treat people with respect - Don needs some more practice. Lots of other better plumbers out there to use and avoid the headaches.

To start off; 1. Actually answered phone when I called. 2 Was able to give me a ballpark quote without having to call me back. 3. Showed up on time 4. Needed an extra part, no problem. 5. Very nice and professional . Would recommend him to friends. :)

Rooter Bee Plumbing is hands down the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. Rooter Bee has done work for me at my home and a number of rental properties. They have installed five or six water heaters, repaired dozens of pipe leaks, installed sinks, toilets and garbage disposals, cleared countless lines and dug up and lined a main sewer line.
