Logan replaced the water heater at our home. Logan was very polite, and did a great job on the install. After the install, we had the building inspector come out for the final inspection and it passed with no issues whatsoever.

Mike and Lee came over to my rental house just to fix a leaky shower head. Not only did they get that done in a timely manner, they also gave me an estimate on a water line to my fridge and found a leak under my house. These guys killed it and with any other plumbing needs I may have I will definitely be requesting these two. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to and didn’t really have the time to. We have used Johnny and Luis on multiple occasions. They are honest, reliable and charges are reasonable. Usually I can get them the same day or if it’s late the next day. They always find a way to fit us in their busy schedule.

Sean M. recently replaced our mainline water supply at our home in Reno. Due to a recently deceased family member, the house sat vacant while we repaired multiple items. Sean understood how difficult it was for us to manage our projects from across the country so he constantly provided photos and updates while remaining available by cell at all times. The project ended up becoming very complex and required constant change orders to fix irrigation valves, irrigation leaks, and every other little problem that arises from a vacant home. Sean was patient throughout and did not use it as an opportunity to take advantage of us. Service remained prompt and fairly priced. We'll use Sean for all of our required services going forward.

Absolutely incredible service from Van Allen Plumbing! We had a huge issue with another company that wanted to charge us double the amount of Van Allen Plumbing and we couldn't even get ahold of them to discuss payment options and the service after the first time they came out. VAP came out and diagnosed the issue, sent it to the home warranty company immediately after leaving our house and we had a new water heater installed within a week after fighting the other company from the beginning of August until now,Beginning of November. Josh is who helped us along with Carlos and they were both very professional and awesome to work with! Josh explained in full detail everything for us of the full diagnosis and what needed to be replaced and what the out of pocket most likely would be. We had no problem paying the out of pocket to them, the service,how fast they were and how professional they handled everything and took us seriously, made it worth it! I highly recommend using them for all your water heater needs and I will definitely be doing Buisness with them again in the future should we need it.

I have been doing business with the Reno Plumbing Doctor for several years now. Mark (the plumber) has lots of experience and does quality work!! He has a price sheet that will tell you how much you will pay for the particular job that you want. No other plumber (that I know of) will tell you in advance how much they will charge you. He is fair, honest, and his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this business to anyone with plumbing issues. You will not be disappointed.
