Logan replaced the water heater at our home. Logan was very polite, and did a great job on the install. After the install, we had the building inspector come out for the final inspection and it passed with no issues whatsoever.

Would use them again! They're friendly, professional, and rapid! Monica was very helpful and understanding during my stressful situation.

An honest group of guys that takes a lot of pride in what they do. The crew was on site for over 2 months performing an industrial installation of a hot and cold water system that required silver soldering 95% of the connections. It was a large and complicated project that they were building to prints, but as those in industry know things are not always black and white between 2D prints and the actual building during an installation. I was impressed from the project’s start to finish with the company’s handling of every detail and decisions made along the way. Most of all, communication was very fast and clear, we never felt left hanging or out of the loop.

They’re not very big on advertising, but definitely one of the best plumbing contractors in town.

Van Allen Plumbing has been referred to me twice through American Home Shield. The first time was last November for a leaking bathtub on the second floor and yesterday to replace my water heater. Both times Josh was the plumber to come out for service. He's very fast and gets it done right the first time. I would recommend this company and plumber to anyone. Total professional.

I called a few plumbers who never responded to have a Moen Water Shut Off valve and a PRV valve replaced & installed. Brix Plumbing not only responded quickly but were able to fit me in as I was going out of town. Their work is professional, clean and they were informative about the system and what they did. I use Ira Hansen & Sons for all my plumbing needs. This job was a utility sink install. Baustain did the job on schedule. Price was as quoted and very reasonable.

Extremely unprofessional, late, will never recommend this company to anyone. 3 day job took 3 weeks. Extremely unorganized. Do not use this company.

Adam came out at night. Was very good.

Paid nearly $1000 for guaranteed unclogging of our drain. They refused to go through toilet and went through a tiny drain in bathroom sink instead. They never finished the job, but kept the money anyway. We then paid another company half that and they unclogged by going through the toilet drain with no problems. Rooter man is a rip off. In addition to stealing from us, the manager/owner's son was the meanest and most unprofessional person we've ever done business with. I recorded our conversation on video and when I have time I will post for others to see the level of disrespect and immaturity this manager showed.
