Would not work with my schedule and told me he was going to call me back and that was a month ago. I will be changing it myself because plumber is unreliable. Find a different plumber to do your work.

This is the worst company and management team I ever worked with. I am living in CA, they set up an appointment an appointment with me for my property in Sparks, NV. They worked on my property water leak problem in August. They set an appointment with me to come to redo the bath tub resealing issue. So I hired a local person to wait the technician. The they never show up, no call no show. I sent email and no any response. Then the second appointment made over the service line, when their technician showed up, after their technician inspect the house, they manager called me very impolitely and abuse me, said one of the three places was put extra caulk and reject all of the reworks, and ask $59 for their service fee. This is is violated the one year warranty of their promise. Very bad company and management.

An honest group of guys that takes a lot of pride in what they do. The crew was on site for over 2 months performing an industrial installation of a hot and cold water system that required silver soldering 95% of the connections. It was a large and complicated project that they were building to prints, but as those in industry know things are not always black and white between 2D prints and the actual building during an installation. I was impressed from the project’s start to finish with the company’s handling of every detail and decisions made along the way. Most of all, communication was very fast and clear, we never felt left hanging or out of the loop.

They’re not very big on advertising, but definitely one of the best plumbing contractors in town.

Paul’s was responsive when looking for quotes, thorough when explaining the products and options, and on time and professional when it came to installing the products. Zane was with us every step of the way and I couldn’t be happier.

Our AC and Heating had been out for months and no one could fix it. Chad came and figured everything out while being friendly and knowledgeable. The guy deserves a raise! Thanks Alexander mechanical!

I called Mike at RCP about a leaking shower valve that was dripping into the garage. He took the time to see if any of the service providers were available immediately. Unfortunately no one was available on such short notice, so I did shut off the water and did the repair myself.
