Good service, reliable and on time

I wish I had more stars to give Wiley's. I am so thankful for Wiley's and their customer service - I WAS a customer of Sierra Air, do not use them! Sierra Air came out to do yearly service, I was on their preferred service program. Technician that came, did not seem confident in what he was doing, spent time in attic and finally came down and said we have a problem, discovered the heat exchanger unit had cracks, corrosion and stress and there were traces of carbon monoxide through-out my house. Mind you, I hire a company to be able to trust them. The technician could not answer my questions, just asked if I had space heaters, I said no, and he basically had nothing to say, I called his manager, he started asking my questions like, am I experiencing headaches etc. Also, I have detectors in my house none of them have gone off. So you could imagine how I was feeling at this point. They said they would send out a new tech which turned out to be from their design department. Turned out the first technicians tools he was using was faulty and was not working properly. At the end of the day, this guy had me talked into a sale of 7K, and pretty much worked off my emotions and fear.

Luckily, I spoke with a friend, referred me to Wiley's and I got a second opinion right away, Mike with Wiley's came out right away, he was very knowledgeable, eased my mind and made me feel comfortable that I was safe. He went through my house checking for monoxide, no detection. He said I do not need to replace my heater, that my heater was working fine, there was no detection of carbon monoxide and when I do need to replace it, it would be around 4000, not 7000. I asked him if he thought I should have them service the unit just in case Sierra Air didn't do it right, he said he was not comfortable charging me for a service I did not need. He went further on to explain how the monoxide detectors work, what to do if one did go off and that if I needed anything to please reach out to him. When I asked a question, he knew the answer. I also have a friend that works at a plumbing company here in town and also said Wiley's is fantastic.

If you want someone you can trust and a company that is honest and doesn't work off commission, reach out to Wiley's they are the best and looks out for your safety and best interest

They were quick & getting to my house to see why the furnace was continually blowing but no hot air .was told that the circuit board needs to be replaced with a new hose fitting but that would most likely be a temporary fix , my unit is from 1984 & id be better off to replace it. Here's the kicker ! $2,800.00 To repair & $5,000.00 to replace .... lol !!! The unit starts as low as $800.00 & the shocker is that i actually paid them $120.00 to try & rob me blind !! Greedy much ???

The company was very helpful, I called and they sent someone out immediately to work on my furnace.The technician was super professional and knowledgeable, he didn’t mind that I hovered to watch what he was doing. He answered all my questions and made sure everything was working properly before he left. What great service!!

I recently had 4 Seasons replace my old heater two weeks ago. They had it done within 2 days of the original call. Today I had a question/problem and they had 2 techs out within minutes of my call to help me! They were so profesional, polite, efficient, polite and just pleasant. I highly recommend 4 Seasons to all my friends!

SCAMMERS BEWARE!!!!! NOT SAFE FOR SENIORS!!!!!My dad's 78 years old. His heat went out, and they said, someone could come over that day (Saturday) due to a “church event”. When he got there my stepmom, was making small talk and asked what church he went to? He said, “ it’s not really a church more like a potluck.” He then went under the house and said, “this is going to cost a lot”. That there were spider nests and a lot of damage to the electrical boxes. My dad said, “seniors get taken advantage of so take me down there and show me.” (Dad is fit enough to get under the house) he then went on about how he cleaned up the spiders and couldn’t show him the electrical issues that he had other clients after this. My dad said, I thought you had a church event after? Please go get the bag of spiders you said, you cleaned up and show me. He said, he would go get them from his van to show my dad, but instead stopped by my stepmom on the way out got paid and took off. Didn’t fix anything, lied to my dad, and still got paid. My dad went down there and there was no damage at all to the box. Completely unacceptable.When replying. I would like to know how your company finds this acceptable.
