Best General Plumbing Repair in Reno NV

Our plumber did an outstanding job rebuilding and repairing our headache-causing sink. Moreover, he's very proactive! Strongly recommended!

My neighbor had his sewer pipe collapse, and it runs through my yard, so I agreed to let these guys come into my yard to work on it. Not only did they have to kill 2 old growth lilac trees, but they tore up a huge part of my lawn with their backhoe, leaving tracks and torn up sod everywhere. Didn’t bother trying to fix anything. Then they had to move a heavy 50 year old swingset with 6 guys. Did they move it back? Of course not. Leave it for an older couple to try to move. Very unprofessional company to say the least.

Service was good. However tech did not clean up mess. Left rusted water all over our garage. And garbage on floor

I had originally gotten an appointment for the next day, but Andy called later that day and said that he had extra time and could come over now if I would like. Eric arrived when he said that he would, and installed 2 new toilets for us in a recently purchased home. He found that the existing toilets had been incorrectly installed. This caused some of the top of the flooring in one of the bathrooms to pull up with the toilet. He explained all this to us and asked us if he should proceed before actually taking out the toilet. We appreciated his honesty. Also, this made the job a bit more challenging and time consuming for him, but he didn't try to increase the previously quoted price. I am sure that some companies would have done that.
We will always trust the Big Bear Plumbing with our plumbing needs in the future !

Did a great job replacing my water heater.

D and D Plumbing did an Awesome job for me today by sending Robert Conniff to install a well tank and all the plumbing it required. Robert also took the time sweep out the well house, remove the old tank and pick up the trash. He also worked at top speed and was very polite and professional.

They never git carpet on the rack ,you You got wait to get Service .

This company is run by scamming thieves. Never ever pay them a penny if they have not finished the job. They will take the money and run. The one 5 star review they have from Elizabeth Rowe is a scam as well- the company is owned by her family!!
