Best Gas Line Repair in Reno NV

Installed reverse osmosis filter under sink and never checked to see if there was any leaks and water line had puncture holes in it. Would not work with my schedule and told me he was going to call me back and that was a month ago. I will be changing it myself because plumber is unreliable. Find a different plumber to do your work.

Service was good. However tech did not clean up mess. Left rusted water all over our garage. And garbage on floor

You can trust them and know that they will give you fast, quality service and it will be done right the first time! I highly recommend them!

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

We tried so many plumbers, and they were the only ones who would come within a half hour. Taylor was very nice and helpful on the phone and scheduled the plumber, Tracy, to come out right away. Tracy was very friendly, professional and efficient. He identified the problem quickly and gave us three options to solve the problem.

We would recommend them and will use them again.

We used Freedom Plumbing to replace a hot water heater. They came out the day after we called and did a great job at a reasonable price. Also used them a few weeks later when our garbage disposal went out. Very satisfied with their service, prices and response time.

I'm extremely happy with the fast and professional service I received in installing my new water heater with the comfort system for instant hot water. Thayne did the work and Alexis coordinated the office and both were terrific to work with and I recommend them without hesitation.

Gibson just completed installation of a new efficient boiler for our radiant heating system. Zach and team arrived on time each day, cleaned up as they went and completed the job on time. We were so happy, we had them switch out thermostats, add a new toilet replacement and will have them back next spring to check our AC unit too! Very happy with their quick and courteous service

Wow, just wow! Anthony and Jeff installed a new AC unit in my attic. Both gentlemen were very professional, kind, friendly and respectful. They were all around fantastic! They never showed up, had an appointment and gave me a window between 1-5 and never showed up or called. I called at 4:30 to make sure they were coming and they said another hour, long story short it is now 8:15pm and they are still not here and no one has bothered to call me. Terrible!!!!

Made an appointment a week ago, the plumber never arrived, I texted the appointment setter and she stated she called and cancelled through voicemail. This is not true because I check my messages daily. They wasted my time, I have leaking problem that could have been fixed by someone else. Very unprofessional and waste of time. I would absolutely not rely on them or recommend them.
