Best Fixture Replacement in Reno NV

The owner jay is super unprofessional. He was rude and outright nasty. When doing a plumbing job for a next door neighbor, they started drilling cement at 7am. The patch they were working on was 5 feet from my door and they all had proper ear protection and no one from the street had been notified of the work. When brought up to jay outside, how long the job would take, he got political and told me I should ask the president. He then proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t important enough to be notified and that he was merely trying to make a living. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else and give another good, honest and decent company your money.

Wow! That was my wife's, daughter's and my remark after using Dr. Plumber for the first time. Jack was great! We called him at 2 PM and told him we were having a going away dinner for our daughter and we had a plugged up kitchen drain line which presented a problem. He said he could help us out even though one of his employees had called in sick that day and he was busy with his regular appointments. He fit us into his schedule, arrived on time and fixed our kitchen sink problem, and then the GOOD news, the price was GREAT - really GREAT. When I find a great service provider in the Reno/Sparks area I want to pass this information on to others. Yes, I would use him again in a heartbeat! By the way, I suggest you start using Google+, not Yelp. Yelp started charging $$$ to the business for listing client information!

I called Mike at RCP about a leaking shower valve that was dripping into the garage. He took the time to see if any of the service providers were available immediately. Unfortunately no one was available on such short notice, so I did shut off the water and did the repair myself. However, his responsiveness and willingness to try speaks volumes about their customer service attitude. Military and Vets take note that RCP supports your service and offers a military/vet discount. Don't deal with Jack or his company!! I called him for a sprinker hook up install, and he was very confident over the phone about what parts were needed. Then sent a different guy to do the install who showed up completely unprepared, and ended up botching the job after 4 hours. He charged me time for his commute to my house (in midtown), showed up completely unprepared, charged me for the the time it took to go shopping for the aforementioned parts he was so confident about, then didn't have the tools to do the install, and 4 hours later completely botches the job, and leaves it unfinished. total waste. He even tried to OVERCHARGE me at $147/hr when his website says $78 for first time customers.

I am giving a 1 star review for unprofessionalism, poor business ethics, poor quality, and a complete unwillingness to right his mistakes. Save yourself this experience, and go somewhere else.
