The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. Excellent diagnosis, repair. Expert knowledge.

We tried so many plumbers, and they were the only ones who would come within a half hour. Taylor was very nice and helpful on the phone and scheduled the plumber, Tracy, to come out right away. Tracy was very friendly, professional and efficient. He identified the problem quickly and gave us three options to solve the problem.

We would recommend them and will use them again.

So I was initially happy with Van allen plumbing until, 2 different plumbers explained to me that the repair they came out and made was something that is only normally used as a temporary fix, not permanent. The plumber that came out from van allen plumbing, made it seem like he was doing us a favor with his fix, when in actuality he was avoiding having to weld the copper pipe. I tried even calling the office and was refrd to ROMAN, who is yet to even acknowledge I reached out to him with concerns. I never had a problem getting them to take my 💰 tho. The copper pipe shown in the pictured use to be 1 consecutive L shaped pipe b4 it was hacked off and hosepipe repaired. Just because something meets regulation doesnt always mean its the best fix...weighing my options. Wow! Itsme itsme

Fast service and a great plumber

Called Roto rooter because, The toilets and drains were running extremely sluggish, at a point plumbing including dishwasher would gurgle, and the toilet paper struggled to go down drain. Richard checked the outside clean out no water going thru, we turned on shower, washing machine and let them drain. Water began flowing at a normal pace. Do NOT ever use this company. Incredibly unprofessional, did not fix our toilet and the refused to come back and finish the job. All Staff is super rude - could care less about anymore business( or reputation) Told me to Go spend my money elsewhere on a $1500 Job. Worst plumbing company in the area. Hope this helps anyone reading this in the future - avoid at all costs.

I feel so lucky to have found Mr. Don Weston. I needed to change out my kitchen faucet. He was the first to respond. He is amazingly communicative and flexible: answers texts, calls, and emails in a timely fashion; has excellent availability/lead time; sent me photos of his work; is personable and warm; is willing to actually talk about his findings and be instructive on how to use my new fixture and things to look out for in the first days after installation (vs some professionals who come and go and don’t want to communicate beyond a sentence on the invoice). His rates are extremely reasonable. I feel confident he will stand by his work and respond to me as needed. He is trustworthy, let himself in and locked up behind himself. Mine was a smaller job and he treated it with the same care and priority as a big one. Really grateful to have found such a consummate professional. I wanted a second opinion and gave Easy Rooter a try. Jessie came and did what the first plumber I hired never did in the first place. The issue I had was resolved right away. James also looked at the status of my septic system. Overall, Bruce and his staff did not waste time and solved my issue right away. A reliable, professional, and customer friendly company.
