Art's Plumbing replumbed our entire house to replace our defective Kitec plumbing. They were reasonably priced, polite, professional, and prompt. They did a great job, arrived when they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend!!!

Mike and Lee came over to my rental house just to fix a leaky shower head. Not only did they get that done in a timely manner, they also gave me an estimate on a water line to my fridge and found a leak under my house. These guys killed it and with any other plumbing needs I may have I will definitely be requesting these two. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to and didn’t really have the time to. The owner jay is super unprofessional. He was rude and outright nasty. When doing a plumbing job for a next door neighbor, they started drilling cement at 7am. The patch they were working on was 5 feet from my door and they all had proper ear protection and no one from the street had been notified of the work. When brought up to jay outside, how long the job would take, he got political and told me I should ask the president. He then proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t important enough to be notified and that he was merely trying to make a living. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else and give another good, honest and decent company your money.

Best commercial plumbing contractor in town

The owner, Kyle, was recommended to us by the plumbing service we used to repair a pin size hole in our water heater pipe. It had dripped overnight and had obvious signs of water damage. Kyle called me within the hour after speaking with our plumber. He was courteous and knowledgeable and was able to stop by and evaluate the damage within an hour after our pipe was repaired.

He was super helpful as this was my first situation having to deal with water damage. He told me up front that I should call my insurance and start a claim due to the cost of the repair.

Every time I had to call him during the 5 day process, he answered right away. He communicated every step of the way and always gave me time estimates through the process. His crew, led by Carlos, was also very friendly and efficient at clearing the damage and setting up the dehumidifiers.

He also gave me a referral to a company that could finish the job of rebuilding the wall and insulation. Kyle made the process seamless and stress-free.

Fast service and a great plumber

These folks are amazing! Patty is so pleasant on the phone and answers every question she can. Josh was prompt and courteous and answered many many questions. They realized our urgency and within two days we had a new toilet installed. Jeff was efficient and left us with a very clean bathroom. These folks are the best and we thank them so very much.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

Paid nearly $1000 for guaranteed unclogging of our drain. They refused to go through toilet and went through a tiny drain in bathroom sink instead. They never finished the job, but kept the money anyway. We then paid another company half that and they unclogged by going through the toilet drain with no problems. Rooter man is a rip off. In addition to stealing from us, the manager/owner's son was the meanest and most unprofessional person we've ever done business with. I recorded our conversation on video and when I have time I will post for others to see the level of disrespect and immaturity this manager showed.
