They had to get a 6 sewer main line cleaned out that was very plugged up. They stuck with it until they got it though.There was one instance that the camera man got a tad short with me but it was really no big deal, I just good laughed out of it. 40 years in construction most likely gives me the ability to question and critic a bit too much. They were all a great bunch of guys and appreciate everything they did for me. Fixed in one day, which kept us with plumbing for the night, which my wife and family were very much appreciative of.

Quickly responded to my request for work on a clogged drain for a rental. Completely satisfied with the work/price and will recommend him to others.

I did not use this company and for good reason. I had a leaky tub faucet and they recommended a complete replacement of all the tub faucets and valves. This would have required them to demolish some new bathroom tiles i had put in. The estimate was $1,800+

I called another company to get a second estimate and they fixed the leak by simply replacing the tub faucet cartridges. The cost was $300.

If you are using Sutherland and feel something doesn't add up, TRUST YOUR INTUITION and call someone else. DISHONEST!!!

I used Proline for a new water heater installation. Jon the tech did a fantastic job and was very timely. The admins in the office were also very responsive and were a pleasure to work with.

They came the same day. We had an issue that needed immediate attention. Could not get anybody to come. The serviceman was very nice and knowledgeable about pumping out the system. Also the drain was plugged up. He also got it unplugged for me. Did a great job.

Excellent. PDX Sewer Solutions solved my broken sewer line promptly at a reasonable price. They have been doing this work for 30 years and care about Portland. Earl from A Apple was great to work with. I had some issues with the drains in our house and Earl was able to sort them out quickly and cheaply. I’m going to eventually have to re-pipe the house and plan on Earl doing the work.

The best peoples from this company. Mario and his crews are the best kind of people you need for all your sewer systems services. They even unclogged my pine needle filled gutter after they finished fixing my sewer system because they notice a waterfall above my garage. They were so kind.

Called and discussed my water line between curb and house was leaking. Prices were about half of other plumbers for boring a new line and/or labor. Talked with Rich and scheduled repair for the following week. Even though my friend and I repaired the leak ourselves over the weekend, I would have chosen Western Plumbing for my repair based on the honesty and confidence I felt after talking to Rich.
