Joe not only fixed the pipe but also fully remodeled the kitchen due to extent of the water damage. He replaced the drywall, floor boards, and cabinets. He painted and laid down new tile and back splash. He arranged for an electrician after we decided to update the lighting. It was a HUGE job but he was very meticulous in his work. First visit, he installed our dishwasher, updated coper pipes and repaired an issue with our shower. The second time we hired him to replace a leaking outdoor faucet. Over charged

The owner is completely disrespectful and rude. Do not hire. They block up the street where their garages are and refuse to move their vehicles. He told me today “well I own all the garages and I’m making money so I don’t care”Completely disrespectful to the neighborhood.

I’ve used this company two separate times. They were always professional and knowledgeable. Also patient and informative when I asked questions. Not to mention I received estimates from other companies and they were much higher. One company didn’t even show up! The plumber from Quality showed up at the time he scheduled and didn’t waste any time getting to work. I will definitely be using them again.
