Within minutes of arrival John found our problem. He was professional and compassionate, he knew his stuff. He fixed our immediate problem by clearing a huge clog under our sidewalk, and diagnosed our much bigger problem of multiple breaks in the plumbing going out to the street sewer. It's going to be a huge job and he broke it all down, checking into the cost of permits and digging, etc. His professionalism makes me ready to go with his company for the big repair because I feel it will be done right and the work will be guaranteed.
