Ben came last minute to fix a valve on my water main. He charged a resonable price and was at my house with 15 minutes. We had no water in the house becuase of the broken valve and Ben had us up and running in less than 1 hour. Super nice and great service!!1

Horrible service. Lies to customers, don’t ever trust Bill. He will rip you off and not fix anything. Not even a real company it’s just one old man who doesn’t know anything.

We had Roto-Rooter called at 730am and Brad Root, the very knowledgeable and helpful service man, was here by 930am SAME DAY!!! I loved using Big Birge Plumbing. They were timely and professional.
We have used them for unplugging a drain to moving the laundry upstairs. The art of their plumbing they put in was AMAZING! Probably my favorite part is getting a picture/bio of who is coming to my house before hand. It really puts me at ease.
