They repiped my hole house and put in a water heater, plus cleaned my drains. Great job on all it. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone. They are the best in town!

Our air conditioning went out and they had a whole new unit installed by the next day. It was awesome.

Shaddy contractor that keeps finding ways to come back out and charge extra. Scribbles a receipt so you can't challenge their work and apologizes for charging you more after they don't do a complete job.... Inspect all their work before they leave. Lure you into confidence in their work but not as great as I originally thought.

Update: installed all the bathroom valves hot on cold and via versa but cut the lines so it can’t be connected easily. Having to spend precious time fixing it myself

Needed a new outdoor faucet as mine was leaking. They arrived in the 2 hour window and replaced the faucet. They cleaned up after themselves and were professional. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Every plumber in town was full during our snow storm when we had a pipe break in our house and we had no water. We called these guys and they asked that we be patient while the worked their way to us. They kept us updated on where we were on their list and once they arrived, they were extremely courteous and very professional. When they left, our problems were solved. Thanks Guys!!!

Update: I've used these guys several times since my last renview. Every time, their service is consistent and their prices fair. I've tried several of the other companies in the past, I'm so happy I found my personal plumber for life. I simply can't say enough good things about these guys. I never have to worry about who is coming to my house and never have to worry about the price because they are more than fair and always get the problems in this old house fixed right the first time without the need to ever call them back. Scheduling was very friendly and flexible with my needing to change my appointment day and time and Robert was very respectful and knowledgeable and thorough plumber who answered all my questions and went above and beyond to fix all problems he came across so that our house would pass any upcoming inspections. So glad I was referred to them!

I own several rental properties in the metroplex. I have used Quality Home Services for years. They have always been prompt and extremely reasonable. The techs are knowledgeable and the customer service is top notch! I once even had a problem on a Sunday evening and Bobby the owner came out himself and helped me out.

David was professional, kind, and assured me that everything was ok and he'd get it all taken care of. It felt like I've known him forever. I'd trust David to help fix any plumbing situation and will definitely be reaching out to him again whenever something comes up. He is a gem!

These guys were amazing. Our water heater went out a week after we'd moved into our new place (and into the state). They put in the huge new one I requested, even though it took 4 guys to handle it. Lol. Big job, great crew, and worth every penny after 2 weeks with no hot water! Will definitely be calling them again for any other plumbing issues that arise...though hopefully that won't be for a while ;) They were friendly, hard-working and great at giving detailed information on both the plumbing itself and the breakdown of the bill. Truly appreciate their service.
