The efforts of Reliable Newark Plumber & Drain Cleaning were highly commendable. They arrived promptly, were polite and helpful, and knew their stuff. They were sensitive to our need for privacy and security throughout the pandemic. They found and removed the blockage in our plumbing immediately and then double-checked to make sure it was gone for good. They filled us up on what was going on and addressed any concerns we had. They stayed until the job was done to our satisfaction. If I ever need plumbing work done again, they will be the first people I call. Absolutely necessary.

I could not be happier with the work done by Sal Trippi Plumbing! I had a slow drip from my tub spout and my handyman made it sound like it would be a very simple job to switch the old fixtures out with new ones. It was not - The job turned out to be MUCH more than he bargained for and I was left with a completely non-functioning shower (the only one in our place). Other plumbers took days to get back to me, just to refuse to touch the job because of the custom tile work. The few who would consider doing the work wanted to destroy several feet of tile to replace the parts in the wall, leaving me with either a mismatched wall or an additional $5-10K expense of replacing the whole surround. Desperate for a true pro, I found Sal, and his team saved my bathroom!

Sal responded to my message within minutes, and he was very friendly and professional. His estimate was equal or lower than everyone else I contacted, and he was very flexible with his availability, sending his team on a holiday so I wouldn’t have to miss any more work or go another week without a shower. Sal was confident in his ability to make the repair using only the few spare tiles I had, and his confidence was not misplaced - his team, Mario and Joe, did incredible work. They swapped out my old leaky fixtures for beautiful new ones, including replacing the valve and diverter in the wall. The best part - they did it with barely no damage to the tile, and the repair they did to the few tiles they needed to remove is completely unnoticeable. The leak is gone, the shower works great, and everything looks better than ever, all for a VERY reasonable price in a short period of time.

Had an issue with my toilet. The water would not stop running after the tank was full. The shut off valve was also broken. Carmine Jr. came same day within the hour to repair my issue. He was very nice and ran to the hardware store twice to get parts to make sure everything was working correctly. He made me feel comfortable and I was happy with the job performed. The pricing was average for the work done. Paid $250.00 in cash for a new pump system, valve and seal. I have actually used this company for the last 8 years that I have lived at my current address. They have always been professional and friendly. Something I value as a female since not all people in the plumbing and electrical industry treat female customers the same as they would a male.

The pipe under the kitchen sink was broken and water was coming out. I called a few local places but either they could not get out to me until later this week or no return call. I left a VM for Matt and returned my call within 10 minutes. I explained the issue and sent him photos. He showed up on time, prepared, very friendly, and professional. He fixed the corroded pipes, along with the drain. He also replaced the faucet we had the was loose and old. He explained what he was doing well and it made sense to me. His price was very reasonable and what I appreciate the most is the quality of work. I appreciate Matt and will use him again and would be happy to refer him to anyone.

Called for EMERGENCY replacement of a leaking water heater on a 3rd floor condo. Water damage to downstairs unit. Took 3 days to do a one day job to replace a water heater. First day, came late to an emergency call, ordered wrong water heater ( had to pay tenant hotel night) Day two: came mid day set new heater, solder, filled water and than realized venting connection was 4 inch pieces and didn’t have parts. Day 3 finished the job. A $3000 job without warning charged $4000 for extra day and parts without informing me first. As well, my tenant asked to put down tarp where they were working bc there was carpeting in bedroom where heater was. Never followed and I asked if they were going to clean stained carpets and he said it was already “dirty” and with a big attitude. He gave me a call later saying he will come back later to clean carpet. When the carpets were cleaned I than paid the $4000. Just a FYI...I’m an electrician as well as my tenant and his work (craft) was sub par. He did not set heater center to room, pipes were not leveled and sweating (soldering was messy) but it is was it is.

This is why I posted this poor remark. The tenant downstairs called me about 2 months later saying there is loud sounds coming from my water heater room. He heard it weeks prior but did not call me. I checked it out and whenever shower, faucet and toilet are used there is a louder sound coming from the water heater especially near the vent duct. I called ECO and told dispatcher 2 month water heater installed by his guys is making loud sounds. It has to be an issue if the downstairs neighbor is complaining of loud noises whenever water is used. Made an appointment but my tenant had to cancel so I called to reschedule and called 5 times and left 2 messages in one day and they never got back to me. STILL til this day no return call!! Still waiting 😴😴😴

I won’t use names but dispatcher still hasn’t returned my call to check out a 2 month old water heater they installed. I will know have to get a new hvac company to check out his company’s hack workmanship and horrible customer service. This was worse experience dealing with any kind of contractor especially when I come from the trades and deal with them all the time.
If they would have just returned my calls and check out their work, I would have never posted this poor evaluation.

It's hard enough to find a plumber nevermind the night before Thanksgiving. My kitchen sink was blocked solid and I had a dozen people coming for dinner the next day. The owner came himself and had to do some emergency surgery. I didnt get to speak with the receptionist that the other folks are talking about but Mr. Boyd was easy to talk to and he left the place super clean. I don't usually write reviews but I got the bill in the mail today and they certainly did right by me.

Quick and easy fix of hot water faucet in shower

Very happy with the work Heyrich did for us. They replaced our hot water heater and replaced our old oil burner with a new gas boiler. Great work at reasonable prices. Now I know who to call for any new plumbing issues.

My project was daunting to begin with. Replace all piping from the curb to entire house. My house is old and had galvanized piping. National Plumbing was competitive. From Jorge to Al. Very professional although there were some hiccups along the way. The company own up and helped me to fix it. I will highly recommend them.

Keith from ADM Plumbing was hired to convert galvanized water piping to PEX piping as well as a washer and dryer hook up. Piping went well I guess besides my sink making a gargling noise when my toilet flushes. He claim it was air in the line but it have been several weeks and the noise is still there. The issues I have is Keith knew an outlet was sparking in my basement and decided to still proceed with plugging my washing machine up and fried the outlet and the cord to the washing machine. He said it is ok I can just change the head of the cord. I never seen him again and he answer my calls sometimes and say he will come and don’t call and do not show. So I paid him for a washing machine hook up with no washing machine. The old pipes and concrete he left at our home after telling us he would remove it. When asked again to remove it he said what can he do with it because he cannot take it to his house. The overall experience was unprofessional and I will never recommend this company to anyone.
