Found A&E NYC Plumbing on Google was a little worried at first because i never had them work for me but the technician was very nice and polite he charged a lot less and, arrived really quick he found out what the problem was and fixed it right away excellent service. Definitely would call again if we have another problem. 5 STARS!!!

I like dealing with them because I always get what I was expecting. When things do come up they communicate well about the for and never have to worry about anything. If you need a plumbing job done you will be very happy using this company.

Thank you!! Having a plumber on call is something that an apartment owner NEEDS, and I think I've finally found mine. Came quickly, inspected and diagnosed the problem almost immediately, gave a reasonable quote, and got right to work. What more can I ask for? Will be calling them again next time something breaks. HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.

I don’t write reviews but this was one of the most horrible and unacceptable experience that I have ever had that I had to make an exception to warn you all to stay away from them. I would give a -1 star if I could. The owner was particularly dishonest and disrespectful. They should go out of business.

I do not write reviews often but I had to for Vuksani Plumbing and Heating. They saved my day, actually my month - I cannot say enough about this company. Eddy and his team are actually honest and trustworthy, which in my experience is hard to find in NYC when it comes to plumbing - they also won't gauge you. You can tell they truly care about their customers. They do amazing solid quality work too!! I am so glad I found them and highly recommend them.

I rent in a poorly maintained building an my super just wasn't fixing the issue. It was terrible - the sink wasn't draining at all and had been left for a week suddenly got much and I work from my apartment and also have had guests there since the pandemic to help me cover the rent and I cannot afford to have things not working. Vuksani Plumbing & Heating team arrived in literally 20 minutes from the time I called (in a panic no less) - they are a whole team but are also personal at the same time (not corporate or disconnected). Eddy made sure his team could reall fix the problem fully and they did - they got to the bottom of it and when I found out all they had to do I was so scared, but it was a maneagle price. Also - such a bonus - they cleaned up afterwards beautifully!!!

Also - for honesty...I had a shower emergency this summer (again terrible condition in apartment) and Eddy the owner was so honest that he said it would be an expensive job with parts and labor, and that he could do it and would but it would be better for me to wait for my super to do it (who takes days sometimes weeks to come fix things). He gave me a way to patch it up on my own so I could wait for my super - no charge just step by step on the phone - such a great person!

I am so very thankful I have them now for any future plumbing or heating needs and DEFINITELY would recommend Vuksani Plumbing & Heating to anyone!!

I am a super and i have been using demar for years. They are reliable whenever i have emergency. Plumbers are clean and professional.

I had a couple of issues that needed fixing/investigating. One was that my washing machine didn't have hot water. The guy broke my drain pan moving the machine out and then just said I need a new box. He did not attempt to disconnect it or clean it (which might have solved the problem. ) I bought a new water leak sensor and asked them to install it. Gateway said that would cost $1500. I already paid $490 for the initial visit. Even though it would only take an hour or two, they said they charge for 4 hours regardless and that they are $350/hour. I hired a task rabbit to do it for $160 instead.

My boyfriend made an appointment for 4pm. At 6pm with no courtesy call and no plumber, I asked my boyfriend to contact them and see if they were still coming since I'd been waiting a while and had a dinner reservation. Long story short, the plumber finally showed up 4 hours late with not a single tool in hand. He gave a quote and said he'd be back around 9am-12pm the next day. He never showed. No phone call, no apology. I'd rate this company zero stars if I could.

The plumber never showed up within the estimated time frame. I called to follow up and they confirmed that he was not going to make it. Very unprofessional that they failed to call or reschedule. I went with someone else.
