Carlos Cosme, the owner, and his office assistant Desiree are amongst the most knowledgeable plumbers in NYC plumbing codes and gas work (important these days). I am a property manager in NYC and have used their services and recommended them countless times in the last 15+ years. They are my go-to plumber for 2 main reasons- 1- you can trust what Carlos tells you, and 2- they never leave you in the lurch on a job, regardless of day or hour.

I recently used this plumbing service to install a new water heater in my home. The technicians were very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They completed the installation quickly and efficiently, and the new water heater works great. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

I wanted to use Gateway, what a disappointment. Called last week on Monday, someone named Anthony returned my call on the same day, he said they were closed due to the president’s day holiday, but that someone would call me on Tuesday. He mentioned that my service would be expensive because of the style boiler that I have, but he could not give me an estimate, but assured me that someone in the office would call me the following day. Tuesday came & went, no call. Wednesday, nothing again. Thursday I called & spoke with a woman who answered the phone. I told her what had happened, she said she would call me back, no apology or anything. Yeah.... I will let you guess...yep, never heard from them. How do people do that?

There was something wrong with our front door’s lock and we could not fix it by ourselves and decided to have a handyman over rather than impulsively buying a new one. Handyman from the company came and solved our problem promptly. Thanks!

Slow service, terrible food, non-functional AC, and they ran out of Blue Moon in the middle of the show (again). Oh, and they include a mandatory 18% gratuity to all checks.
