I hired RXP based on reviews online. They showed up at the agreed time. The technician who came asked to understand the issue I was having. Gave me options and started working on it, he made sure that I fully understand everything he was doing. Work is clean, professional, cleaned up after themselves, pleasant to chat with and explained the work. I'd use RXP again for sure.

The Empire NYC Plumbers experts arrived well before the 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. window. My old, leaky toilet was replaced with a brand new, watertight one. I like that they charge by the job rather than the hour, and that they explain everything thoroughly. Overall, I had a fantastic time working with them, and I will definitely use them again if I ever need any toilet repairs.

I called Michael Donahue Plumbing after my sink had a back up that would not drain. I left a message on their voicemail and received a response within 15 minutes. We set up a time for the plumber to come out, and they were on time to review the situation. Mr. Donahue himself came, looked over the sink, the pipes, and gave me a fair estimate for the repair. He had another job to finish, so came in the afternoon at an agreed upon time to complete the work. Unfortunately the sink itself caved during this time, but Mr. Donahue was able to fix it, along with the pipes and drain. He was incredibly professional, taking me through his process, why the back up happened, and how to avoid this in the future. The work was high quality, and was finished very quickly. He took a bad situation and turned it right around! I will not hesitate to call him for any future plumbing needs and give him my highest recommendation.

A very nice church and campus area. My Aunt Aileen loved the church and the people. Very modern church and community center. The stained glass windows are exquisite and wonderfully colorful. A great congregation with helpful people. A gem of a place.

I’ve used Zara plumbing to perform all of the plumbing roughing and finish work on my projects (I’m a residential GC). I’ve worked with many plumbers in my time and Zara is truly top notch. They are punctual, they get back to you quickly (which is a rarity in the trades) and the work is done to perfection. The staff come in exactly on time, wearing Zara branded uniforms, they communicate clearly what they’re doing, work cleanly, and explain next steps. I wish all contractors worked like them. The crew was great, they came, reviewed the issue and gave us a solid estimate of repairs needed. They gave us a date time they would come do the job and were here exactly when they said they would be. The technology itself used to re-line our sewage pipe is amazing. We had old orangeburg septic pipe, we would have spent $15000 to dig up the yard in a traditional replacement, with Trenchless, there was only one small 2 foot hole in the ground that they did all their work from. Also we didn’t have to leave the house while it was being done and we only couldn’t flush the toilet for about 2 hours. Definitely would recommend!
