Called Proflow and was answered promptly. Showed up when they said they would and Andrew was very professional. He was able to clear my drain lines within a timely manner. It was a challenging situation but Andrew worked hard to clear all of our sewer lines. I highly recommend giving them a chance.

Tyler came to fix several small plumbing issues. He seemed very knowledgeable about problems with plumbing fixtures, and offered several options for repair. He also noticed some other potential problems while he was there. He wasn't pushy, just pointed out that an outside faucet would soon need replacing. He fixed it to work until it completely dies. He was professional, pleasant and helpful.

What a wonderful family! And even better workers and gentlemen. During the middle of a family emergency of their own, father/owner (Bob, who was out of town) and son worked together and did a WONDERFUL job in our kitchen. Very thorough and kind. Bob’s son even sat and chatted with me for a few minutes after the job was done. Wonderful wonderful people. I will definitely call them and only them for any other job the future may spring upon us.

Raul and Mario came out to help my father with a water hose faucet. Very pleasurable experience. came out and fixed everything quickly good conversation really good guys. My father will definitely be using y'all again!

I hired Jay Young Plumbing to connect my new fridge to an existing water line. When the service technicians arrived they said it was such an easy job and were embarrassed to charge the flat service fee of $95. It took them less than 10 minutes to connect the water line to the fridge. I paid cash and kept my receipt that reflected checked for leaks. The next day the bedroom behind my kitchen wall was FLOODED with water from the leaking water line connection. I immediately called Jay Young Plumbing. The same service technician arrived and apologized for the leak and the damage it had caused. I cleaned up the mess while the technician worked on correcting their mistake. I had a flight to catch so the technician stopped the leak and instructed me to call upon my return to fix the problem. After returning, I contacted Jay Young Plumbing and they sent out a different technician who ended up running the line from my water heater via the attic to the fridge (something I was unaware that was possible). Upon his completion he handed me second invoice for $375. I informed the technician of the situation so he directly called Jay Young (owner) on speaker phone. Jay Young was extremely rude to the technician (his employee) and hung up on him. The technician asked me to sign the invoice agreeing to pay the additional $375 ( I did not). Instead I called the office directly and asked to speak to Jay Young. I attempted to give him the details of my situation, in a rude and aggressive tone Jay Young said he didn't care and hung up on me. I called the office a second time and spoke with Jay Young's wife. She informed me that her husband was having a bad day and apologized for his behavior. I later received a past due invoice in the mail. I attempted to reach out again with no solution as it was my fault that my house was old. A year later I became aware of the fact that Jay Young placed a mechanics lien on my home for $375. The title company said they had never seen a lien for such a small amount. Long story short....DO NOT contract Jay Young. Not only did they not complete such an easy job correctly, they are downright rude and unprofessional.

The response to the request was in three hours during an over 100 degrees day. David checked everything, restarted the system and we were cooling again. He replaced a part that was the root of the problem. We like their service so much we got on their annual maintenance service plan.

Had a full unit replaced. Price was crazy good and the service was the same. Everything was great!

Had a busted water line 3 months ago. Called and spoke with a guy named John. He was extremely disrespectful and arrogant, like he was better than me. The men who showed up were nice so I didnt question their intelligence. The bill was disgustingly expensive, but at least I could end business with this company... or so I thought...

Now I have a foundation issue and the same water leak but worse. Called another plumbing company and got it fixed right. Except now we have to hire framers, carpenters and a hand full of other contractors. With all this money were haven't to spend because of DR Plumber.. I think will be pursing for legal action.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this fly by night circus.

1-10-16 Horrific!!! Mr Rooter Lubbock- I went online requested that my lines are snaked from roof access to drop off point in alley. they sent a lazy man over who wouldn't get on roof and went to the overflow in back yard with a HAND CRANK device! of course he mentioned. The lines will AT some point need to be replaced. Yeah Yeah dude I got bridge to sell you too! I called the company while this person was in the yard hand cranking and got lip service from dispatch manager that if his guy says that's all he needs in the yard then I back him up. Bunch of crap! Right after the technician left my washing machine backed up into my dishwasher and both sides of kitchen sink and I paid $124 for NOTHING but disrespect, and waste of my time!!! I have only owned this house for 11 years so I kind of know what needs to be done. VERY RUDE VERY DISRESPECTFUL when I asked for a refund for getting the shaft. Do YOU all get paid to do NOTHING??
