I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

Bill, a million thank you's for coming out on a Saturday. He fixed our sewer/toilet/tub fiasco. Service was quick and gave me great information regarding our toilet issues. We had previously called 2 other companies and got their answering service but never got return phone calls. JD's answered the phone and Bill came out within a few hrs.

If I could give them a zero star or negative rating, I would. Very unprofessional & deceiving people. They didn’t fix any of our issues but make it worth. And they wanted to charge us $1000 for nothing! To me, that is stealing.
Also, when we got into a negotiation about it, they were very rude and mean. They turned off the water in my entire house, and left us like that. That is messing with our property, and these guys are thieves. Please Don’t use them unless you want to waste your money and time.

Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days.
