These guys are awesome. Heat wave hit and A/C went down on two properties. Next morning 8am they were there and working. 1st unit was an easy fix- bad capacitor, they had them in the truck, and 15min later it was uomand running. They cleaned the condenser out and checked charge, all good. 2nd unit was a total loss and needed an entire replacement - they were back the next morning with a new unit- had it installed and running in a few hours. Absolutely the best HVAC guys in Lubbock, bring your business to these guys.

Very prompt and courteous. Called me an hour before our scheduled window, asking if they could come ahead of time. Upon arrival, they listened to my description of the issue, my questions and concerns, then gave me sound advice. After clearing clogged drain, they stayed behind, cleaning up a mess that wasn’t their fault. They are MY guys from now on.

We needed our water heater replaced. It was under warranty but the heater we needed was hard to find. Josh talked to us over the weekend and explained how it would all work and he got what we needed and came over first thing Monday morning. Josh and the man working with him(so sorry I forgot his name!) were both incredibly kind, professional and knowledgable. They managed to change our water heater very quickly while also making friends with my kids. I couldn’t recommend them more
