Best Air Conditioner Repairs in Lubbock TX

My family has used Duncan HVAC & Plumbing for years. My father used them on his construction jobs, and we use them personally at our homes. They do excellent work for a fair price. We wouldn’t use anyone else.

They will go above and beyond to take care of you! The heater went out on new years eve and the owner came himself to fix it for me, making sure we would be warm for the couple of days it took to find the replacement part for the heater by showing me how to manually light the furnace. As soon as he had the part he came and fixed it fully. It is working great now. He was quick and professional, and didn't mind my curious dogs sniffing on him. I am very pleased with this business.

Excellent service. We had our plumbing worked on and each time we recieved quality service beyond our expectations. Jason Miller is the Plumbing Tech that performed our plumbing needs and we will always request him. So happy as a customer to receive skilled and quality service.

Jared was professional and really helped us out at our shop. He gave plenty of helpful tips and suggestions. Most importantly our a/c is back to working. I will be using them for any future repairs.

We called for someone to look at our A/C on a Wednesday and was told the soonest time would be Friday morning at 930am. At 1045am 2 plumbers showed up that weren't able to diagnose anything thinking we had a plumbing problem. They made a phone call and said someone was on their way. 3 hours later no one had shown up, we called back around 145 and the lady said she was sending someone which NEVER happened! Don't bother with this company.

Don and his crew of KD and Austin replaced our heater and air conditioner and did an excellent job, very respectful regarding our property. The floors were covered with canvas tarps and the Gents were extremely careful taking out the old equipment and bringing in and installing the new equipment. End result was a new air conditioner, condenser, and heater and you would not have know anyone had been on the property or in our home. Looks great and works like a charm. We are very happy with the price, equipment, and the installation.

These guys took care of business in a very professional, courteous way. Ran into several difficulties and fixed them. Would have liked a more accurate timeline of just how long the project would take...
