Josh was great. He took the time to understand our tankless water heater issues, contacted the manufacturer to see if something could be done in warranty (it was unfortunately out of warranty) and gave us multiple options. Very professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with!

Here’s the truth about FP. Greg runs the show and he’s pretty much succumbed to grouchy old man syndrome. Albert is the skilled plumber (Caribbean man) and he’s a very nice, very good plumber who knows what he’s doing. Their youngest apprentice is also pretty nice but has a ton to learn about plumbing. One of the garbage disposals he installed went without him tightening any of the efferent or afferent hoses...imagine the mess.

I hired these guys 6 months I go because I just moved into the neighborhood and I wanted to support local business. Turns out, not a great idea. It is impossible to hold Greg accountable and he makes a lot of promises on things he doesn’t deliver. Two weeks ago, he came into my home and switched the lines on two sinks without my direction and ultimately ended up reversing hot and cold on both sinks. I called him and he said he would be back the next day, it’s been two weeks not a word or a sighting.

Obviously I will be moving forward with a more corporate structured plumbing company because at least I can hold them accountable. It’s just a shame though, I guess they haven’t figured out how to do business in 2019.

Rafael came on time, friendly, and went to work immediately, installing 2 toilets purchased from Home Depot. He was done in a very short time with both installations-I think around an hour, and the result was replacement of two very olde toilets for ones that work wonderfully, save water, and look beautiful. An expert in installations, surely, and I would trust him with any plumbing job. Scheduling was great (next day), and was more meaningful in that it was done so close to Christmas. i've had some rough road with plumbers lately. But Edwin was super effective, fast, came same day, no bs, plus seems to have done a great job at a good price.

Replaced and repaired pipes to get system working. Installed and maintains boiler. Very skilled plumbers.

The gas company checked my house for gas leaks and needed a professional plumber to repair them. Craig came to my house early the next morning and checked every single pipe with Alex, the whole work was completed successfully after 3 days. I am very grateful to Craig and Alex for their carefulness, and I am very relieved to leave all the piping problems in my house to them in the future.

Don't give them your credit card number to hold an appointment time!! They charged $1200 to my card without my authorization, they did no work and gave me estimates of $4600 for work that was not needed. Found Drains unlimited in Culver City and they fixed the real problem for $110. They are fraudulent
