Was dealing with a clogged kitchen sink for 2 days. By this point I was drained from trying to fix it myself. Finally called someone and it was New Generation Plumbing. So glad I did. They literally sent someone over in 10 minutes! Clog was fixed and they cleaned the drain pipe to prevent from this from happening again.

Everyone was professional, informative and friendly. Fernando was especially helpful with detailed explanation. I also appreciated they offered to wear masks and automatically put on booties in the house.

Front desk women were also very thorough, nice and professional. Prices were fair. Will definitely use this company again!

John appeared on time and did camera inspection. He showed us the record, explained the situation and offered how to solve our plumbing issue; we needed to replace section of sewer pipe. Price was reasonable. I will recommend John to my friends.

Leonard Lobo is simply exceptional. He thoughtfully assessed each project I needed and put together a proposal, with the scope of work fully explained and itemized in sections. His pricing is incredibly fair. I had old, mostly steel pipes and there were complexities in putting copper in, which he handled with ease. I wanted a tankless water heater; he put in a state of the art unit. However, it was the installation of a tricky vanity sink which took a few hours, where I saw the absolute meticulousness of his work. I mean, it was perfect. I also had a clogged intake valve on my Miele washer and he reset the machine- which, I swear, a 1000 other plumbers would have shrugged and walked away from. He was always on time, is incredibly personable, has a great sense of humor and, most of all, truly cared about a first time homeowner overwhelmed with a full-on renovation. I’m so grateful! Ford's Plumbing came out on time and addressed the issue, professionally and direct with the solution. I was not pressured about anything. I had many questions which I felt were answered honestly. I felt comfortable about the service and felt that the technician was knowledgeable and had a good attitude. Many times the technicians are rushed and make questionable decisions. The Ford's technician left after things were taken care of and even explained which part I would need to get in the future. Thank you for being there. ( I had waited over 4 hours for another plumber to come out and they kept giving me delays) The receptionist was friendly and called me back timely after trying to find someone to come out because I need someone now. I hired this company for the kitchen faucet repair needs a week ago. Thankfully, they were able to respond and were able to provide me with an expert plumber right on. He was a very masterful and polite guy who repaired my kitchen faucet immediately. The service was swift and kudos to the technician that made it happen!

Called for Plumbing and Rooter services at 1 am today, they came out at 1:30am. Firstly that's real 24/7 customer service. Sarki (sorry if I messed the name up) really came through for us tonight. We had a hot water issue and he fixed it up in no time. Super friendly and knowledgeable guys that explained the process and did the job right. I will definitely be calling them soon for any future issues. They explained that our plumbing issues in our restaurant here in Los Angeles needed some work done with a new toilet and a possible new water heater and even looked at our leaky sink. Thanks guys.

Just fantastic. The plumbing issue we encountered was unique and difficult to diagnose, so it took several visits to resolve. Despite this, the entire team was professional, responsive, and respectful. The way in which they assessed and resolved the problem was thoughtful and skillful. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after they did the repair in a timely manner. Over 35 years of owning homes and dealing with plumbers, this team has exceeded all expectations. I called after I had another company attempt to fix my shower...the plumber arrived and spent about 15 min diagnosing the problem, he gave me a much betterprice than the first company and quickly got to work.. if you want someone experienced and knows how to make you feel at ease about your plumbing call them, they did a free sewer line inspection with a camera found our main sewer line wad broken and we had to fix issue but the fact they did a main sewerline it was great.

This company replaced our gas line last May. We are having a gas issue: no more heat or hot water. We called them and asked them to come ASAP and they said they will be to our home the next morning. We were waiting. Calling them and finally told us they will not come today but tomorrow. I explained them again he situation and they did not care at all even so the job was still under warranty. Not a reliable and trustful company be aware of it!
If we knew we had to wait so long we would have called another company on day one.
