My family hired GR Plumbing to perform pipe bursting for the main sewer line On a 2 story family home and then replace all connecting branch sewage pipes under the house. We called about a gas leak at our home. Oliver was extremely condescending, explaining what he was going to do in great detail for 30 minutes. I appreciate someone explaining what they will do, but 30 minutes is ridiculous. I could have received a 5- or maybe 10-minute explanation, then he should have started working. They charge by the hour, so he proceeded to work for 6.5 hours on something that should have taken about 3 hours according to 3 other plumbers. He left early evening on Friday saying he needed to get a part and that we would be his top priority on Monday morning. After not being able to reach anyone on Monday morning well past the time he advised he would call, I was advised that he had gone to another emergency appointment instead. Really...?!
I would never use this company again. They are a rip-off and waste time through inefficiency and lack of consideration for their clients who did not have any gas for 4 days.

Had a bathroom I needed repiped, which was a semi-urgent project for me. Fraser plumbing repiped the whole bathroom for me that same day. Very fast work! I had used them before for a major bathroom and kitchen remodel, and again they were very fast, and have not had a problem with those pipes since. A bonus is they would call me to let me know they would be late, a courtesy that a lot of companies don't consider these days.

Brian and Rocket plumbing have been extremely helpful and knowledgable. My wife and I had no idea that we were supposed to drain and flush your water heater once a year. We have always heard a knocking sound from our old water heater and now we know that it is sediment that can build up a knock around.

He told us not to throw things down our drains that were causing us problems like egg shells and coffee grounds.
