Was dealing with a clogged kitchen sink for 2 days. By this point I was drained from trying to fix it myself. Finally called someone and it was New Generation Plumbing. So glad I did. They literally sent someone over in 10 minutes! Clog was fixed and they cleaned the drain pipe to prevent from this from happening again.

Everyone was professional, informative and friendly. Fernando was especially helpful with detailed explanation. I also appreciated they offered to wear masks and automatically put on booties in the house.

Front desk women were also very thorough, nice and professional. Prices were fair. Will definitely use this company again!

Cali-Rooter is my go to for any and all of my plumbing needs. I have used them several times in the past, most recent when our main sewer line backed up and they rushed over within an hour of my call request and cleared the massive roots. Our old, tankless water heater broke and John responded immediately and came to look at our problem over a weekend. John advised extensively on different options and we decided to install a new unit. John scheduled the installation immediately. We couldn't be happier with the quality of his work and the response time. He is also a pleasure to work with. Came out when we had an emergency Sewer issue along with three other companies; all three had different solutions and diagnosis. Gonsalo and his team gave us the most confidence and after some discussions he came back out to investigate more. Ultimately we went with him and his team did an excellent job being minimally intrusive, fast, and cleaning up after themselves. One extra appreciation was his willingness to listen to questions and concerns and address them without immediately discounting them. He made a $10k nightmare end as well as a $10k nightmare could!

I totally concur with the other reviews for L.A. Drain Inspections and Repairs. We had a bad plumbing emergency - kitchen sink that wouldn't drain and kept overflowing whenever upstairs neighbors sharing the same waste line ran water into their sink - and Alex came out on New Years Day (!) and fixed this baffling problem in extremely professional fashion. And he charged less than half of what I was expecting. Highest recommendation.
