In February 2022, a Google search lead me to several plumbing choices. It was 4:45 pm when I was calling for repair service. I had called 8 other plumbing businesses leaving voice messages requesting service for the Navien tankless hot water heater. However, Monkey Wrench Plumbing had a live person answer the phone. The answering attendant took my info and I received a call back from dispatch within 10-15min. A visit was scheduled for the following day and the technician even called to say he was running ahead of schedule. Several options were given for the repair work. I chose the estimate that fit my current budget and once the work was approved, the return date was scheduled according to my timeline. I asked a lot of questions during the whole process and was grateful for the information I received. I had an excellent experience and would recommend their service. I do not know anyone employee there, nor have I received any compensation for my words of praise. I simply received professional, on time, courteous service. Good Job Jason and Omar. On May 1, 2018, we had the Spring tune-up of our air-conditioning (A/C) system. Given that we had had a problem with a previous service last Fall, we asked JW Heating & Air to send us a senior member of their team. Juan Sierra arrived punctually, explained in a friendly manner and in considerable detail what we could expect from our system in terms of service and repair, and then performed more than 3 hours of thorough service on our two A/C systems (one for each floor). He ended by asking us whether there was anything further he could do for us before he removed the various protective tarps he had spread over our floors. Juan was courteous, unhurried, and helpful in every imaginable way and easily won 5 stars for his visit and service. We have owned two homes, one on each coast, and have used quite a few companies to service our heaters and A/C systems. JW Heating & Air, which was recommended to us by a neighbor three years ago, is by far the best of these companies, both in terms of service and repairs. We recommend them highly and without any reservation.

You can't pay enough for honest, hard working and well trained professionals like Jimmy and his crew. Sunset West Plumbing has snaked our drains multiple times, replaced our toilet, sink faucets, stopped bathtub leaks, bathroom remodel, garbage disposal, changed our water heaters, and every time did a phenomenal job! They were able to send someone out to my house quickly, and the plumber who arrived was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it, and he even gave me some advice on how to keep my toilet running smoothly. I was impressed with their service and would use them again.

I broke a pipe in my front yard doing some yard work. They were able to come out and get it all taken care of very quickly. I was really impressed and the price was lower than I expected. I will be calling them again if I need a plumber.

Just fantastic. The plumbing issue we encountered was unique and difficult to diagnose, so it took several visits to resolve. Despite this, the entire team was professional, responsive, and respectful. The way in which they assessed and resolved the problem was thoughtful and skillful. Dan is awesome and has been my go-to plumber since 2018! He is very professional. He explains specifically what he will repair, and how he will do it. He listens to the customer and will provide options if appropriate. Overall, Dan is very personable and will refer you to the correct service if he does not possess the skill set or expertise in what needs to be repaired.

Edwin Martinez came out to quote an extensive project - adding an outdoor sink with drainage, creating an outdoor spigot for hose and setting up a drip system line. He was very professional, friendly, and worked hard for two days to get the project done. His craftsman ship was excellent. He also noticed two other issues around the water heater and fixed those free of charge as well. He was generous with his time and expertise and could not say enough good things about him and about West Side Plumbing. Will always return here.

Called Gateway Rooter for a gas leak issue, Nick showed up within an hour, did a full inspection. Found two trouble spots that needed to be addressed, did not charge for the inspection and completed the job needed. Will call Gateway Rooter for any other plumbing issues in the future. Highly recommend Gateway Rooter to anyone.

On May 25, 2018 I asked Arie Plumbing (Derfla Corp.) to do 3 simple plumbing tasks: Replace an 80 year old outside faucet that no longer functioned, fix a bathroom sink faucet that was leaking, and replace a toilet flusher that no longer worked properly. Each simple task should have taken about 10 minutes apiece. When the plumber arrived, he started with the outside faucet and immediately broke the pipe leading up to the faucet. Now he had to fix a significant length of pipe as well as the faucet. What would have been a 10 minute task turned into a 90 minute job. Which Arie charged me for, even though it wasn't my fault the pipe broke.
The other 2 tasks actually took about 10 minutes each. However, four days after the bathroom faucet was fixed, it was dripping worse than before. I called Arie and talked to Tiffany and Elena, the manager. I asked them to come back and fix the faucet. They refused to return phone calls or my Emails. After 10 days of no responses from Arie Plumbing, I contacted another plumbing firm to fix the faucet.
All this is to describe Arie Plumbing's competence and when you complain or ask them to fix what they say they have fixed, they ignore you.
