Brian and Rocket plumbing have been extremely helpful and knowledgable. My wife and I had no idea that we were supposed to drain and flush your water heater once a year. We have always heard a knocking sound from our old water heater and now we know that it is sediment that can build up a knock around.

He told us not to throw things down our drains that were causing us problems like egg shells and coffee grounds.

I had a problem with my gas stove not igniting, and I contacted Velvet Plumbing Repair for help. The plumbers were able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and efficiently. They also provided me with some tips on how to maintain the stove to prevent future issues. The service was professional, and the price was very fair.

Just fantastic. The plumbing issue we encountered was unique and difficult to diagnose, so it took several visits to resolve. Despite this, the entire team was professional, responsive, and respectful. The way in which they assessed and resolved the problem was thoughtful and skillful. Edwin Martinez came out to quote an extensive project - adding an outdoor sink with drainage, creating an outdoor spigot for hose and setting up a drip system line. He was very professional, friendly, and worked hard for two days to get the project done. His craftsman ship was excellent. He also noticed two other issues around the water heater and fixed those free of charge as well. He was generous with his time and expertise and could not say enough good things about him and about West Side Plumbing. Will always return here.

Called Gateway Rooter for a gas leak issue, Nick showed up within an hour, did a full inspection. Found two trouble spots that needed to be addressed, did not charge for the inspection and completed the job needed. Will call Gateway Rooter for any other plumbing issues in the future.
