I was lucky enough to get Cesar, from Red Lily, today. He was polite, professional, personable, and came with a great attitude. He solved and repaired the problem in short order. Grateful that Normco recommended them.

Carlos and Martin came to my rescue. They are professional, courteous, clean job from start to finish and they take my misery away which is to install a new valve on my leaky hot water line to my kitchen faucet. I cannot believe it that they didn't even charge me even when I insist to pay. They are just flat out outstanding plumbers. It is rare to find people like Carlos and Martin and I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber and will recommend to all my friends. From the bottom of my heart thanks so much guys! Ford's Plumbing came out on time and addressed the issue, professionally and direct with the solution. I was not pressured about anything. I had many questions which I felt were answered honestly. I felt comfortable about the service and felt that the technician was knowledgeable and had a good attitude. Many times the technicians are rushed and make questionable decisions. The Ford's technician left after things were taken care of and even explained which part I would need to get in the future. Thank you for being there. I must say that Miguel Lopez and New Pro Plumbing are the most professional and courteous outfit and professional plumber that I have ever engaged. I run a movie studio and have hired basically everybody in Los Angeles to deal with star wagons, set locations, production offices, etc., and I have hired plumbers overseas as well, in cities like London, Paris, Rome, countries like Sweden, Canada, Malta, etc.
Miguel Lopez is without any doubt the best and most professional plumber I have ever encountered. And, his attitude is just unbelievably professional and thorough in his work. Actually, I would say he is a perfectionist. He didn't just fix the particular problem(s), but without asking for any additional compensation, he wanted to add a few touches that would improve things permanently and not leave us in a situation where the problem could surface again soon. I cannot offer a higher recommendation than this for Miguel Lopez and New Pro Plumbing. He and his team are capable of servicing plumbing needs from a small apartment or office to a major corporate office building. He is technically up to speed and always wants to leave his clients with a sense of resolution for their particular issue. Hire New Pro Plumbing and Miguel Lopez as you will not be disappointed. Our shower wouldn’t drain correctly used everything to a snake to unclog it but nothing was working even to the home remedies. Luckily we were able to get someone out quickly and already love the feeling of a proper drain. Definitely recommend also we were on a budget. Good prices and 5 star service.

Had a great experience. Scheduled our plumber, they had an availability that was earlier - gave us a call to see if wanted service sooner, which we did. They came sooner than expected unclogged our drain within 15 minutes. Service guy was real nice to you.

Do NOT use!! They are a total rip off. They charged us thousands and thousands of dollars, and promised to pay our gardeners for having to repair the mess they made. They never paid our poor gardener. They promised us free plumbing for life, because of how overcharged we were for our services. Charged us the next time they came out. Then we were stupid enough to have them fix the hot water heater while they were here because our basement was flooded, and they have had to come back 4 times to fix a leak they created in our garage. The last time they were here they told us we were making them fix a problem they did not create.

They are NOT Lucas plumbing, its too bad Chris Lucas would sell his company to Ritz. It is destroying the Lucas name, and Ritz works under the Lucas name now.
