Carlos and Martin came to my rescue. They are professional, courteous, clean job from start to finish and they take my misery away which is to install a new valve on my leaky hot water line to my kitchen faucet. I cannot believe it that they didn't even charge me even when I insist to pay. They are just flat out outstanding plumbers. I called Cali Rooter on a Sunday cause everything on the first floor had backed up. Total nightmare!I’m giving Cali 5 stars cause they managed to have a guy over within 20-30 minutes. It took the guy another 20-30 minutes to fix everything.I was a bit worried cause... you know... an emergency like that... it’s gatta be expensive. But the guy was really professional. The invoice was extremely reasonable.All-and-all, I totally recommend these guys. Make sure to ask for John.

John was punctual, professional and quickly identified that the water pressure coming into my home was extremely high. He replaced the necessary pipes and gauges and adjusted the water pressure to the correct levels. He also replaced the gas pipe to my stove so that it fit flush again the wall. I highly recommend his services.

Our toilet stopped flushing. They fixed the problem but said to call if it happened again. It did the next day and they were so kind on the phone. They came back out that same day and fixed the problem (hopefully for good) at no additional cost. I recommend them!

Randall did a professional job finding and repairing a pipe that suddenly started leaking inside a wall. He was able to minimize the damage necessary to repair the broken pipe. The leak was not easy to find, either. He was concerned with minimizing the damage and getting the repair done quickly. His bill was reasonable given the nature of the job, and his repair completely solved the problem. He also has a wicked sense of humor, but not so wicked that it will hurt your funny bone.

Called these guys when I had a major leak coming from my bathtub. Happy that the plumber got there same day and had the leak repaired for any further issues arose.
