I called Cali Rooter on a Sunday cause everything on the first floor had backed up. Total nightmare!I’m giving Cali 5 stars cause they managed to have a guy over within 20-30 minutes. It took the guy another 20-30 minutes to fix everything.I was a bit worried cause... you know... an emergency like that... it’s gatta be expensive. But the guy was really professional. The invoice was extremely reasonable.All-and-all, I totally recommend these guys. Make sure to ask for John.

John is the most knowledgeable and honest plumber I’ve ever had. He arrived on a short notice and fixed my kitchen sink in no time. His work is second to none. Highly recommend!

The staff are very responsive which was really helpful because I have a weird work schedule. They managed to send someone who came at a weird hour due to my weird schedule. I am happy that this plumber was available and he helped me agreat deal.

We had a pleasant experience with Shawn when our boiler stopped working. He came the next day and fixed the problem but he did say it would only work temporarily and suggested that we purchase another one. Because I was only the tenant I asked that he did not replace it and he tried contacting the landlord but unfortunately had no luck doing so however he did the job and got it working therefore I thank him. As soon as I get a hold of the owner I will have Shawn come back and replace the boiler for me. Thank you, Shawn, you’re awesome.

Can’t say enough good things about Edgar and Francisco. They arrived less than three hours after I called the office on a Saturday afternoon. They were friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and communicative about what they were looking at and why it mattered— and showed me how I can better take care of my house for the future. From a customer who had no idea where the problem came from but knew it was plumbing related, I called JB plumbing for the first time because they were local, and I got to tell you, they found the problem, gave me different options on how to go about on fixing the problem at a reasonable price. I then called and compared prices just to make sure I got a fair price and I found out I actually had a bargain. For fair, clean, reasonable and timely plumbing I will definitely be calling JB plumbing.

What is not to like about these guys. They come right after you call them. They arrive on time. They diagnose complex problems correctly and fix them competently. Their prices are reasonable. They test thoroughly before they leave and tidy things up nicely. HIghly recommended!

Randall did a professional job finding and repairing a pipe that suddenly started leaking inside a wall. He was able to minimize the damage necessary to repair the broken pipe. The leak was not easy to find, either. He was concerned with minimizing the damage and getting the repair done quickly. His bill was reasonable given the nature of the job, and his repair completely solved the problem. He also has a wicked sense of humor, but not so wicked that it will hurt your funny bone.

Put your hands together and clap for another great plumbing job from Pacific Plumbing and especially for Tommy. His work to repair a sink drain leak, aslow moving & clogged bathroom sink, replacement of a tub shower diverted valve and a chattering faucet in the laundry room.
