I called Rocket Plumbing and they came out right away. Sam came to unclog my kitchen sink. I also had a broken pipe. Sam was great! He explained everything and left to get parts. Came back quickly. I think he did a great job. He dropped the price. I wasn't expecting the broken pipe. He replaced it with a better pipe. I am very pleased with the work he did and how clean he left everything. We had a pleasant experience with Shawn when our boiler stopped working. He came the next day and fixed the problem but he did say it would only work temporarily and suggested that we purchase another one. Because I was only the tenant I asked that he did not replace it and he tried contacting the landlord but unfortunately had no luck doing so however he did the job and got it working therefore I thank him. As soon as I get a hold of the owner I will have Shawn come back and replace the boiler for me. Thank you, Shawn, you’re awesome.

Outstanding response and results. The came out as a second opinion and as a result saved me $10,000 dollars that another company was trying to fraudulently charge me for new plumbing that I didn't need.

The carport in our condominium building was absolutely flooded with several inches of rainwater. Melvin from A-1 helped us to quickly diagnose the issue and was ready the next morning with his equipment to contain the crisis.
