Our old, tankless water heater broke and John responded immediately and came to look at our problem over a weekend. John advised extensively on different options and we decided to install a new unit. John scheduled the installation immediately. We couldn't be happier with the quality of his work and the response time. He is also a pleasure to work with. We will definitely call him in the future for all our future plumbing needs.

Ruben Gaeta is a great man . He is extremely polite and professional. Knowledgeable of his work. I had a problem with my shower . The hot water was not working properly. Ruben went out of his way to explain to me why I was experiencing this issue. He not only fixed the problem, but did so in a fast and exceptional manner. Abel and this company will take the time to do it right. They aren’t there to make a quick dollar. They come just to make sure everything is ok. I cancelled an appointment because I was able to figure it out on my own. Abel still showed up to say hey and double check for a larger problem. Didn’t even charge me. Absolutely terrible. They didnt show up to an appointment ( that they never called to cancel, I had to call them to see why), when I called they offered no explanation at all. 2 days later they finally show up hours late to the appointment they set. Did nothing and left. When questioned about it I was given nothing but threats and attitude. Yes threats to show up there and handle this like a man. Guess what, men handle the job given to them not back out of their responsibilities and try to thug their way out of guilt. Boycott, contact the bbb, do not spend your money here. Let's as a community put this poor excuse for a black owned business out of business. It's making us look bad.

If I could give negative stars I would! I’ve tried to give them an opportunity to earn our business being how we live in the same neighborhood they’re located in, but every time I call for service I can never get them to say “we’ll be glad to service you!” Every time I call it’s the same thing “I have no one that can help you” Useless!!!
