About 10 mins the plumber from 24 HR Emergency Plumber Las Vegas LLC determined that a wire to my pilot light needed to be replaced. 5 minutes later Ignacio showed up to check on things.

The representative was thorough and precise, provided excellent advice on how to optimize the heater location but without spending too much money. I wish more companies worked like GR Plumbing.

Just used Sunset West Plumbing for the first time, but had heard many good things about them before that. Oliver was terrific. He was fast, efficient, and knew exactly what he was doing. He fixed a hot water heater, replaced a shut off valve, and replaced supply lines to 2 toilets, and I am extremely pleased. Highly recommended!

This is a fantastic plumbing and drain cleaning company. Our waste disposer mechanism in the kitchen gave up on us the previous night due to blockages. These guys sure know their stuff they fixed it fast

I give them a 2 star because they were quick. Although these guys are scammers, I needed a Thermocouple changed out and they charged $200 (they quoted $250 but when I asked after they were done if it really cost that much, the older guy (Gary?) wanted to make it out like he was giving me a deal.
The whole time Gary was complaining how difficulty it was to do, this and that - even the screws at the end were so difficult to line up to get screwed back in I thought it was going to give him a heart attack - they even tried at one one saying we might need a new water heater, or they needed to rotate the heater to gst to where they needed to be - absolutely bullshit.
We do have hot water again but I am pretty positive I could have done it for at least half that price.
Save our money and look elsewhere.

I called Rocket Plumbing because I had a backed up toilet. They came out immediately, they were professional and got my toilet unclogged right away. The rates were very reasonable.
Would definitely use them again for all my plumbing issues and will recommend them to my friends and family.

We had a plumbing issue with a commercial building -- old corroded pipes. Called a few plumbers and decided to go with New Pro based on our confidence in Miguel. The job took a number of days, but Miguel worked with us on timing so as not to disrupt our tenants and also left the property immaculate -- no cleanup on our part required -- hooray! I had a horrible experience with this company. Three major concerns. They broke out hose that they were using (then denied it) they left all the waste and sludge from the drain laying in our flower bed to rot and then charged us an extra $75 because it was overcast and sprinkled mist from the sky. I called the owner about the house and the waste only to be yelled at because it is not their job to clean up the waste, only to clear it. As I tried to explain that we weren't aware of the waste until it began to rot on the side of out house. The owner then became frustrated and curses at me because I said her employee did not complete his job. So now I am left with a popped hose, rotting waste on (literally) my house and in the flower bed, and an owner who won't take responsibility. I will do everything I can to tarnish the name of this compnay for their unprofessional and malicious behavior towards other people. I would never reccomend them and will co tinue to spread this review so that other people do not have this experience.

This company is amazing. They came over after hours, arrived in about ten minutes and fixed our horrifically clogged toilet in under 5 minutes. And they charged $150 which is a better price than others had quoted. I will definitely be using them again.

Just fantastic. The plumbing issue we encountered was unique and difficult to diagnose, so it took several visits to resolve. Despite this, the entire team was professional, responsive, and respectful. The way in which they assessed and resolved the problem was thoughtful and skillful. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after they did the repair in a timely manner. Over 35 years of owning homes and dealing with plumbers, this team has exceeded all expectations.
