Excellent service, VERY responsive. We have used Pacific Discount Plumbing a few times now. The service is top notch. A few of our issues were resolved with a few texts. I don't bother searching anywhere else for Plumbing services. Pacific Discount Plumbing is definitely the best!!

Victor and his crew are my go to plumbers. I’ve had plenty of emergency issues and Victor always finds a way to save me no matter how busy he is. He always responds right away when I contact him. They are professional, personable, always clean up after themselves, do careful and quality work.

I have not had occasion to use them for hvac but I’m sure their hvac services are just as good.

I know I’ve recommended Victor and his guys at All Star Plumbing before but I need to add to it.

They just successfully opened a drain-this was no ordinary stoppage-it was way way far down and had no opening in the pipe even for a power snake. The house was built in 1966 and I’m guessing the build up was that long in the making.

Any other plumber would have resorted to jack hammering my lower level to access the problem area which Victor said might be necessary. But Victor did not give up.

He and Sam gave it one last try ?? and saved me from the headache and expense of digging up the foundation.

His persistence, knowledge and dedication to his customers is outstanding.

This company has been a thorn in my side for the longest. The plumber Israel (Pacheco) and his crew sent to my house were the most unprofessional people I have ever seen. For starters, they stole my HUSKY Pickaxe and Sledgehammer from my yard. The concrete finish of the job was uneven and they left concrete residue everywhere including whole tubs of concrete mixed in paint containers. To Continue, this company has not upkept there warranty on a job they never fixed. They were originally supposed to replace old pipes with new ones to help flow from the back of the house to the front, upon receiving 2nd and 3rd opinions from NextGen and PowerPro Plumbing Co., we were made aware that this company did a complete botched job. They said they had permits and inspection done but there weren't ANY when we went to the city for confirmation. Rooter Hero has lost any creditability as far as being a good plumbing company. These are just a few of my grievances, if you want to hear more come to the court hearings because we are suing this sham of a business, for there overall ineptitude and lack of professional plumbing knowledge, courtesy, and work. I have never seen such utter and complete ignorance on the job in work they claim to be professionals at with complete disregard for a middle class family.

The appointment was very easy to schedule. He was on time, very pleasant and friendly to deal with. HE was very knowledgeable and was able to get to the root of the problem with my device very quickly. I am very pleased with his work. Excellent customer service and highly recommended!!!!

We had the service man out to service our unit today. He was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out things that other technicians did not catch and we were able to repair/replace those issues. We really enjoy the company servicing our home!

Always attended in time when i have an emergency

Their plumbers are polite, clean and efficient however they are EXPENSIVE. They use a fixed price quote policy and don't break down time and materials. I had to replace a hot water valve under the kitchen sink and it ended up costing $490. That included $99 just to get them to come out and estimate. The valve is available at hardware stores for $26.00. They were on the job for less than an hour.
